Posizione perfetta e camera carina e giusta per due persone

Non mi è piaciuto che all'arrivo, al momento del self check in, dopo aver chiamato svariate volte perchè non mi avevano fornito i codici per entrare, mi dicano che la colpa era mia per non aver visto che li avevano mandati il giorno prima, quando, invece, me li hanno mandati non appena due minuti dopo averli contattati tramite messaggio su booking. Volendo ricontrollare la chat, mentre ero a telefono, mi sono sentita dire "guardi signora ho altro da fare". Sono rimasta senza parole, perchè non mi era mai capitato. Dopo aver fatto presente la cosa mi rispondono che l'arrivo dei messaggi è gestito da booking, peccato che poi tutti gli altri messaggi sono sempre arrivati in tempo. Ad ogni modo consiglio di essere più gentili su queste questioni dato che è il vostro lavoro. Anche al check out ho dovuto chiamare 3/4 volte per avere il nuovo codice per poter ritirare i bagagli. Il contatto è tutto e questo ha fatto abbassare il punteggio

Location and cleanliness

Firstly check-in instructions weren't recieved until after check in time. I had to call to request details. Secondly there was no hot water in the shower in the evening Thirdly , after leaving the 7€ tourist tax on the desk when we left I recieved a message from booking saying they couldn't find it and demanding payment. I later recieved an apology saying they found it :inside the draw"

Great location, just behind Piazza Bra and so near to the restaurants and the Verona arena. Key pads for outside door, door of property and room worked very well. Great lift.

I was surprised the cleaning staff never knocked on my door. I did not see a sign about how to get it cleaned.

the location is amazing, just next to the Arena di Verona. despite it is located in the center and next to a restaurant, the flat is super quiet. instructions for the check in were super clear

The location is ideal for a weekend in Verona.

The hotel has no receptionist, which is not a problem. On the other hand, the announcement says that check-in starts at 2 pm. I arrived at 1:58 pm, which was followed by an unpleasant conversation by message because I did not respect the time indicated. I apologize for being 2 minutes early... The person on the other end of the chat was very rude to us. A simple "Sorry, but we're finishing your room" followed by a kind word would have done the trick, but the person was just really unpleasant. In the end, we got the access codes for our room around 2:10 pm. Nothing dramatic in itself, but for the price of the room and the lack of respect shown by the person in charge of the establishment, I do not recommend this establishment. Fortunately, the cleaning staff was much more smiling and friendly.
