Clean and spacious bedrooms

Appartement clair, propre, peu bruyant et agréable. Son emplacement à environ 800 m à pied du centre-ville, sans trop de détour est pratique, et miraculeusement, nous avions des places devant l’immeuble ! Le boîtier avec un code à l’entrée de l’immeuble est bien pratique pour récupérer les clés.

Porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir, sol de l’entrée déformé crissant sous les pieds et bloquant la porte d’entrée qu’il faut forcer. Le problème est connu mais nous n avons pas été prévenus. Je pense qu’il y a du y avoir une inondation qui a déformé le sol stratifié. Problème avec la douche : soit elle est brûlante, car il faut la mettre à fond et elle nous arrache la tête, soit elle est glacée, mais ne fait pas mal… Je me suis lavée avec un gant et n’ai pas lavé mes cheveux en désespoir de cause. Idem pour ma famille.

La comodità per raggiungere il centro storico

Troppo poco il materiale fornito ( sapone , c igienica) rispetto alla durata del soggiorno e le persone occupanti l alloggio. Inviato richiesta con wa ma senza risposta. Anche nei we dovreste dare risposta.

The apartment is in a convenient location approximately 15 minutes walk to the city centre. It is only 10 minutes walk to the train and bus station (which is where the airport bus starts / stops). There is a cafe next door run by a very nice family who telephoned the apartment owner on our behalf after the owner didn't answer our emailed enquiries about gaining access.

The apartment owner sent us a series of emails during our flight to Verona, so we could only read them when we had landed. He alleged that he couldn't process payment from our credit card (we have never had a problem in years of travel use) and requested payment via another card. After taking payment via an alternative credit card, he stopped answering emails so we didn't have a code to open the key safe and didn't know which flat he owned. By this time, it was late in the evening and we were facing being homeless for the night. Luckily, we were saved by the very friendly family from the next door cafe who telephoned the owner and obtained the vital information for our entry. The owner took a bigger payment than stated on my Booking.com reservation. The four bed apartment is certainly not a "Luxury Home" because the furnishings and kitchen equipment are sparse with only enough seating, crockery and cutlery for three people. The traffic in the street outside is noisy from early in the morning, so not a restful location for sleeping with the windows open.

The location was very good, near a free parking and "Verona bike" station. 7' walking distance from the city centre. If the weather perimts, you will enjoy the balcony.The house was clean and spacious.

Todo limpio, impecable, bien cuidado, espacioso, bien calefaccionado, acogedor y cerca del centro histórico caminado. El detalle de cápsulas de café e infusiones, maravilloso! Muy recomendado.

Not that far away from center

It was quite dusty the floor and in the morning the sound from cars.

La casa era poco pulita, abbiamo trovato nel forno della pizza consumata da altri inquilini, il materasso e le lenzuola del primo lettino singolo erano sporche di sangue, i servizi igienici poco curati, tavolo e comodini della camera matrimoniale sporchi.
