The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were tired and hot. The pool was luxurious and the cabanas had fans above the chaise lounges so there were never mosquitoes. We ended up staying at the hotel for dinner. We ate traditional Cambodian food and it was excellent. There were extra amenities like having a bird identification chart in our room because there are so many birds in the lush hotel garden. “The” the concierge took care of us every step of the way, and the owner whose name I never got was friendly and helpful. The small hotel is in a central location for walking to restaurants, and on a small side street so very quiet and it felt safe. We would stay there again.

Everything went well; the hotel is in a wonderful quiet location, absolutely beautiful grounds and pool; the customer service was incredible, the staff and owner could not have been more helpful. I had a computer problem which potentially would have ruined to some extent my holiday in Cambodia because of work related issues. The owner of the hotel bent over backwards to help me out and solved the problem for me. Just amazing ! My bedroom was beyond my expectations. So so beautiful.. I felt immediately at home in the hotel and without a single doubt, I will be coming back to visit this hotel the next time I holiday in Cambodia. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is planning to stay in Phnom Penh.

WIFI was not good and reliable (they tried to fix it but during our time we were not satisfied). They really care for their guest but if you have to explain the issue each time to 4 different persons it is just too much for our taste. Check in and check out could be faster

EVERYTHING, the garden, the pool, breakfast, room and everything was more than excellent!! The service is outstanding, we really felt at home after a long and exhausting journey to Cambodia, it was perfect! The staff look after your every need and are very attentive and super friendly! The manager even saw us out and made sure we got into our taxi to the train station early in the morning (5:50!) Also they make sure your food preferences are met everytime, even a lot of vegan options (we got vegan chocolate at the end of our stay) We have booked another stay for the end of our journey and cannot wait to finish our trip here. Cannot recommend it more!

All was good, but swimming pool is a bit dated, can be improved further.

We spent three nights here and had a splendid time. We almost didn’t want to go see the city, because the hotel was so relaxing. The owner and his staff when above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed (restaurant recommendations, transport, guidance on when to go see things/what to wear). We arrived a few hours before check in expecting just to drop our bags, but the owner kindly arranged for us to be able to check in straight away with no charge. This is reflective of the care we felt throughout our stay. The “iroha special” breakfast was some of the best French toast I’ve ever had. The pool facilities were also exceptional.

I recently overheard a restaurant owner recommending IRoHa Garden to his diners and everything the Proprietor said was true. IRoHa Garden Resort and Spa is the best staycation available in the City of Phnom Penh.

The staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. nothing was too much. we had 5 star service for a 3 star price. The hotel is a green oasis in the middle of town. The rooms are individually decorated and extremely well equipped. we had a very comfortable stay.

An exceptionally well managed boutique hotel that excels in personalised service from diligent, courteous staff. I didn't have to tell them twice what my food preferences were. Even when shifts changed incoming staff had been fully briefed. This is a little oasis in Phnom Penh and a great place to decompress while still being close to most places you would want to visit.
