Our room was new and comfortable, thanks to Ella at reception that moved our room immediately after we initially got a very old and broken room. Good pool music Ship and video game room - great for kids Night shows - dancers were outstanding Adult swim up bar- nice to relax and still watch the kids swim

-Sun beds all taken when speaking to manager he said nothing they could do (eventually they agreed to reserve us chairs but that was after arguing with the manager) -Food - no variety for pescatarians (same white fish in different form) you can tell they reuse food for meals , salads not fresh looking -1 main pool- extremely crowded felt like a neighborhood swimming pool -Cleanliness- Ants everywhere , and the hallways were dirty and not maintained -Staff not super friendly (except Christiana, Ella and Sabina, and the entertainment crew were great) -Vibe - outdated hotel - so disappointed didn’t look like photos! -Restaurants - Asian impossible to book don’t even try , we managed the Greek and American one only after complaining - House keeping -Didn’t clean our hotel every day, had to call and ask at 3pm

Loved the swimming pool, big and not deep at the front for the baby to play. Also, nice play house for the baby. Good entertaintment for everyone. Plenty of food (all inclusive).

The bathroom needs renovation

We saw the staff to touch the food with naked hands and to put the desert back on the plate after it fell down on the counter.

Staff were excellent, duty manager and bar staff were very professional and friendly. they made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Good variety of food and very well displayed., always looked fresh and plenty available.

Check in was not a good experience as over 1 hour delay in checking in to our room. 3 different reasons given for the delay. however once this was sorted out the staff were very apologetic and made a real effort to make sure we were looked after for the rest of our stay. The pool was not open until 9.30am which is too late especially for families with children. and the pool was not cleaned every morning. This meant that when the life guards arrived they had to pick litter and leaves out of the pool before guests were allowed to enter. the pool/bar did not look very inviting as there was scummy water not being circulated away from the bar area. In addition the pool bar did not open until 10am which seems to be a money saving thing from the management of the hotel as we could not even get water or ice unless we went back to the lobby bar inside the hotel.

I really liked the pools and the facilities for the children, and the lunch that is served almost throughout the day

I didn't like the breakfast and the dinner, the selection is not big and unfortunately not really tasty either, and worse that every day the exact same food is served and nothing changes, fortunately there is a corner that serves food for children (who doesn't like pizza, pasta...? But every day ??) So some days we just ate pizzas During our stay we received an message for the hotel's feedback and there I wrote down my opinion about the food, the next day they contacted me and suggested that the hotel chef cook a meal of our choice especially for us, we politely declined because I was not comfortable, and besides, my complaint was constructive and not in order to get something But it really made us happy!

I think it's what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Clean, fair sized rooms, good food, extra activities (as has become of modern-day hotels) with yoga, pool fitness, volleyball. There were enough sunbeds and room for all of the hotel guests, so it didn't feel like there were so many people.

The gym was really quite poor. As an avid gymer, I do like a good gym, but the machines were outdated, difficult to use, and uncomfortable. It was also quite small but it wasn't very busy at any moment so I guess that was OK. Smokers. I already despise the smell of it, but if I'm enjoying my breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I don't want to do it in someone else's stench. The hotel could make designated smoking areas that aren't at the restaurant, for example. That isn't necessarily something the hotel can change - people's habits - but it was something that annoyed me greatly. Especially with my son. And the beaches aren't really beaches. I didn't know that, though. If you walk a little in either direction on the promenade, you'll find a beach with really small pebbles. The rocks really hurt your feet...

- We are a couple who booked double room but got a twin room. - only 2 pillows in bed. And 1 in cupboard. Where are the pillows? - room is extremely noisy, on the 1st floor near reception and loud music till late and voices till 11.30 ish -12. - room is quite plain and low condition -weren’t told that we can’t use any of the restaurants other than buffet at booking or check in - bed is very uncomfortable - hand wash is leaking constantly on bathroom sink. - no hair conditioner or other bathroom amenities (just wash and shampoo) - mini fridge empty - started clearing food at 9.05pm last night when we arrived. Food was bit old by then unfortunately -very noisy again in the morning. 8am music from reception and people outside door. (Room has zero sound proofing/control) -only given 1 key. So guests don’t run aircon in room when not in the room. - food on the floor, rug has not been vacuumed at all. Very dirty So far not a good experience other than breakfast food, good selection and beachside but chaotic with so many people. This looked like A good family hotel as this was majority of the guests, but for couples or singles it is likely not suitable.

everything was amazing. the reception stuff especially Ms. Ella was fantastic and very helpful,kind with amazing smile. many thanks Ella for making our holiday unforgettable. for sure we will be back.

Location on the beach

Room not as in pictures. Staff could not understand basic requests. Would not issue an invoice for the services, kept saying to address Booking for invoice since we made reservations throug Booking. Very unpleasant. Lobby gift shop lady was terrible, insulting customers and reluctant in replacing deffective products sold.

The property was clean. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was quiet, spacious and the shower was great. The staff was very kind. The masseuses were great and quite knowledgeable. The property is kids-friendly, offering not only a dedicated pool area but also a very cool playroom.

The water temperature in the exterior pool, the interior one as well as in the spa’s jacuzzi was too cold. It was not possible to use those facilities without literally suffering. It was not possible to enjoy the advertised “resort”… In regard to the all inclusive package, both the food and drinks were abundant, but of very low quality. It’s not a place where you can feel comfortable eating because they just give you the cheapest possible products.

No Sanitiser in the dining room glad we had our own.Very little carparking and annoying to see staff from neighbouring sister hotel using too as we were overlooking the car park saw it happen.

It was the best place we stayed on the trip. Perfect to be with children, my toddler enjoyed a lot the stay, dancing, playing, eating. All wonderful

Amazing place, enjoyed every moment of the stay. The crew was very helpful, from the reception to the waitress. There is always foods and drinks and good ice cream.

could even imagine better stay in Paphos! Workers are super friendly, food I delicious and evening activities are pretty nice as well! we enjoyed our stay a lot!

All inclusive have exceptions in meniu, even mohito do not included in all inclusive cocktails. Staff in bars seems that do not like people with all inclusive, maybe too much work with them. also do not liked take out breakfast policy, first time sow that all inclusive hotel in early morning can suggest you to eat in lobby sandwich from package and do not let to take breakfast to airport in package. Hotel have direct entrance to the sea, but they do not have beach, have just rocks in it, so if you want to swim in sea you need to go to other hotels beaches

We thought the place was very clean throughout. We were looked after on every level and especially for the staff very friendly and engaging, especially Tiana

Not much could change to make our stay anymore enjoyable.
