The apartment was very well furnished with everything we needed including washing powder, salt, pepper, oil and some bottled water. Our lovely host left us wine, crisps and breadsticks as well! Sofronis was very attentive and extremely polite. Had a great week!

Host is attentive and does the extra step. In Cyprus it's quite rare but the flat was fully equipped with usables (toilet paper, washing detergents, shower gel, salt, pepper, etc.). Plus welcome bottled water so you don't have to start your holiday with shopping. Keep this up, it's how it should be done.

Wifi maybe not the best if you need heavy data for work. The flat is on the shady side which is a disadvantage for the few colder months but an advantage in the majority of the year.

Perfect communication with the owner. He is very helpful, attentive and friendly. Apartment is large, perfectly clean, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. A/C and wifi worked well. Found snacks, wine and water in fridge upon arrival. Bus stop to center and airport few steps away. So the restaurants. Local beach is 5min walk.

There was everything we needed for a stay, the washing machine was very useful! Comfortable apartment with a nice balcony,close to the sea and restaurants. There was WiFi. the host was very kind and was ready to help in anything if we needed,he provided also some small bottles of water, bottle of wine and some snacks,which was very kind of him.

Close to the beach, 15 minutes walk to city centre, nice apartament, Netflix on TV and welcoming snacks from host. No touch check im and out. Contant online care from the nice host.

Double bed in one bedroom was a little uncomfortable, and air contition in other bedroom was not working so well.

Apartament has everything needed. Very close to beach and a lot of places to visit. Wi-fi works perfectly. Materaces very comfortable for good nights sleep. Clean bedding and towels. Owner is an amazing person- keeps an eye on everything in order to make stay as pleasant as possible. Apartment close to airport and buses.

We loved the apartment and the location. It is outstanding and we were very comfortable. Sofronis was really helpful and attentive. We would repeat without a doubt.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. It was a bit cold in the apartment but there was an electric heater, which was just great.

From the beginning the communication with Sofronis was very good, he contacted me and provided all the info to get there from the airport. In the fridge he left us cold water, juice and a bottle of wine, ideal when coming to the apartment after a nice day at the beach. The apartment is big, very clean, kitchen is fully equipped, you can find anything you need The big balcony with a lovely table is perfect for late night drinks + music from the big lcd Smart tv 😉 The bathroom clean and big, just like the towels he provided us, like in a nice hotel Wireless works very good. It is really a great great place to go in Paphos area, bus just in front, beaches nearby, also taverns just 2 min walk (Lichnsri Charcoal and Romeos) Highly recommend this apartment and for sure will come back again

Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean and cosy. The owner very helpful and friendly. We came in the middle of the night and what was really nice and surpring that in the fridge there were wine, water, pepsi and fruits. There is also shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen is fully equipped. Surely I will come there once again.

Sofronis is a great host. Very proactive, always helpful and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the apartment for a long weekend and it was comfortable. It was super near the beach, less than 10min walk. The bus stop from the airport is just right next to the apartment. It was more tricky if we wanted to get a bus to go outside Paphos - we decided to walk for 1h to Karavella main bus station to catch a bus to Polis, as there was no other convenient bus connection to get there. Overall, great apartment and I really recommend it!

Our host was brilliant and approachable and helpful. The apartment was well stocked with an iron and towels and all necessary utensils. It was comfortable and clean and easy to access shops and beach

Small, but cozy and very clean apartment. Very friendly owner. Helped with all questions that we have about places and transportation to these. Has everything that you need, including a lof of gifts from the owner.

Little bit noisy, because windows are on the main road.
