We have rented here multiple times and always been very pleased with the location, roominess of the house and layout. Owner has always been responsive to any problems and has recently replaced screens and some other areas of damage to the porch. Furnishings, however, are now starting to be worn and in need of serious cleaning or replacement. Hope it will get some additional upgrades.

We loved this house and would definitely rent it again. The location is an easy bike ride to the beach and very close to the grocery store. Everything you could possibly need is provided.

The home was just as the photos and description showed it. Sara was very easy and always responsive to deal with. My family enjoyed a wonderful Christmas holiday in the home.

Large space, comfortable beds, perfect for walking to the beach or riding bikes!

The property was excellent and the community was beautiful. Location of stores and great restaurants was close to home. There was plenty of room for family to spread out and enjoy and loved the view of the golf course.

Our only complaint was that the electric power hub for the island was 100 yards away and has a loud hum when you are outside it is annoying. The unit also didn’t have any toilet paper in 2 of the 4 bathrooms and the kitchen didn’t have any paper towels

The only criticism I would share is that the house has a strong odor of mold/mildew. We ran the humidifier 24/7 and this seemed to help!

Great trip, very nice place to stay!

Like others, we have been waiting to get together with friends. We booked this home in hopes that 3-4 couples would all be able to travel to one of our favourite places, Kiawah. The home was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and the downstairs space was spacious. The home was clearly upgraded and it was nice to have fully stocked kitchen since we all love to cook. Not having any carpet was a bonus. Some of the furniture could have used a cleaning but other spaces seemed fine. One other great feature was not having to walk several flights of stairs to get into the home. Easy in/out. Our weather was not great and the view from this home is limited so we did not use the outdoor spaces. However the walk to the beach was easy. So if you are looking for a large, conveniently located home with convenient access to the beach and FreshFields, this is perfect.

This trip was just my fiancee and I and we probably only used about 45% of the house. It's huge! Plenty of space for multiple families. Beautifully remodeled. Gorgeous tree lined streets give you a feeling of peace and privacy. Short walk to the beach and just a short drive to the main center of town where you can find everything you need. All the golf you could ever want at the surrounding courses. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and spacious home. The well stocked kitchen and dining area are ideal for a cooking experience. The first floor master bedroom was great for older people like us and the upstairs was spacious and well laid out for the younger persons. Highly recommended.

Our group visited to run the Kiawah Marathon / Half Marathon and it exceeded our expectations. A large roomy house in a great location, with a nice setup for our group. The best accommodations we have had in the 6 years we have visited for this event.

This home is well appointed and had absolutely everything a family could want for an enjoyable vacation. It's a short walk or bike ride to the beach and not far from Freshfields for those quick trips to get groceries. We highly recommend this property.

We rented this house the last week of September for my son's wedding in Kiawah. The house worked perfectly for us. It is beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. Some of the things we really appreciated were: 1) beautiful kitchen that was very well equipped for many guests, 2) lots of little seating areas throughout the main floor, including a private little TV/game room 3) a lovely screen porch and deck. The only "headsup" for future guests would be that the room with two twin beds has two skylights that have no blinds - our guests in that room wore eye masks when the sun came up. Everything else was great, and we would definitely highly recommend it!

From start to finish this rental has been fantastic. 4th house we have stayed in and all 8 of us agree it is our favorite. I cook most of our meals and found the kitchen very well stocked and the high end appliances a dream to use. We had 8 adults who all slept comfortably. We functioned well in communal spaces but had plenty of alone space if needed. The home is close enough to the beach that we could take a very short bike ride there and run back for restroom breaks with no problem. Honestly we could have brought nothing but our food and clothing and had everything we needed. Highly, highly recommend this home for its quality and the excellent attention to needs by the owner, Sara.

The proximity to Freshfields and to the beach is a definite amenity to this property. Communicating with Sara and Chris was a breeze. They answered many of my housekeeping questions as I was preparing for our arrival during COVID-19 conditions. The interior of the house was spotless, giving us peace of mind. However, since our arrival coincided with tree sprouting, the back porch was quite messy with tree pollen and spiderwebs. Once we cleaned off the outside grill, it was a wonderful addition to the kitchen.We have been vacationing in Kiawah for the last 8 years and would definitely stay here again.
