Poor customer care, no breakfast, you could just decide to cut water and it is an order no discussion despite that the customer paid for that, little motivations just like tea leaves/coffee not provided

The hotel is located very close to Langemarkplatz busstop, and also is in walkable distance to Arcaden. The room was very clean, and the bed was nice and comfortable. The wifi had some problem for an hour, but it got resolved on its own. The check-in was contactless, as I visited it over the weekend. The checkout was also smooth and contactless. The bathroom had fresh towels, soap, and basic toiletries. Overall, a very nice experience.

There was a problem with the wifi for an hour or so, and I couldn't find anyone at the reception. During the weekends, the only consultation was available via phone, and as I don't speak good German, it was slightly inconvenient

The location was quite central and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The windows in the rooms actually open so you can enjoy fresh air!

The doors to the shower don't seal well which resulted in water leaking out into the bathroom. The hotel is older than the pictures online show. For example the carpets are worn.

The location trumps everything else. The checkin was frictionless. Even though we booked same 2 rooms, the rooms were not similar, both of them were good though.

The rooms are not very soundproof. The cleaning in the morning is a bit noisy as well. Though the hotel had free breakfast, the options and the timing were limited. The breads were over before 15 mins and when I asked the staff for more bread, I was denied. The response from the staff was always a bit curt.

This is maybe the cleanest place we have ever experienced! It was so shiny and neat,we were really impressed.We used it as a sleepover on our trip, for one night,and it lies very convinient close to the highway A3,some 5 min.away (ring Nürnberg).No worries of later check-in,since they have a "Keyboy" system: you need to mail the accomodation after your reservation and you get a code to get your keys and get in. The breakfast was also very good,as a buffet with various choices.Also the lady working there was very hospitable and accesible. There is no private parking of the hotel,but just nearby there are two very convinient parking garages,one for 7€ (200 m) and the closer one (50 m) 20€ a day.The reception lets you know of it,with all the needed details,in their first mail they send you,even without asking about it. All in all:a place already saved in our favourites!

Nothing really...as a family of four we needed to book two double-bed rooms,which went a bit above our prepared budget.However,this is a personal consideration and afterwards we didn't regret of paying it.

The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and maintained. The location is very nice and good for nearby cafes and restaurants and happening places. The hotel is very much recommended. The hotel staff is really nice and great. Very understanding and polite in nature.

It was the Air conditioning which was missing and other than that everything was perfect but there is a mini fan or cooler is available in the room but it's not enough for 2 people.

checkin was easy.

The room smelled so bad, all windows were closed so the there was no fresh air. Room was too small and too hot for summer, especially with a very thick carpet. I should have maybe expected this because of the relatively low price. I couldn’t spend more than an hour in the room. I checked inn at midnight, and left at 1 am and had to book another place. Upon request for refund, the hotel refused. I guess they don’t care much if someone has a good experience at their property.

Great position right in the city center, clean rooms, wide choice for breakfast, nice and helpful staff. The hotel does not have its own car park but there are two public ones nearby. The one that appears as "Contipark" on Google Maps has a daily fee of 7€ and is less than 200m away, so it might be a good choice. BTW, the hotel staff was nice enough to send me information on how to reach the two car parks in advance, without even asking.
