Het is gewoon een prima hotel met een degelijke prijs. Werknemers zijn vriendelijk, veel is mogelijk
Ontbijt is wel erg prijzig. Ook was het vriesvak van onze koelkast kapot

Bed bank was wel erg slecht. Er was veel geluid uit de koelkast en keuken. Waarvan veel last.

Zusätzlich zu hervorragenden Lage glänzt das Novotel Erlangen durch sein überaus freundliches Personal und konsistent überragendes Frühstücksangebot.
Während zwar genügend Steckdosen auf den Zimmern vorhanden sind, fehlen diese leider in Bettnähe. Falls Sie also planen, Ihr Handy als Wecker zu verwenden, nehmen Sie besser ein etwas längeres Kabel mit auf Reisen.

Das Zimmer war für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder sehr gut ausgestattet und hat komfortablen Platz geboten.

AC in our room did not work so we got water in return (the room was on the top floor facing sun so in summer it was not really pleasant). The front desk person also gave us confusing info about the parking so we ended up parking in the garage before finding out we can park outside for free.

The staff at check in was very inefficient and did not know what they were doing. It took us over 30 min to check in.

Pretty much everything was very good - Specially the personnel at the fron desk and breakfast area. Food was great and plentiful and good variety.
My A/C was not working properly and would not cool down my room. I had the settings to cold and still not working.

Excellent breakfast, very nice and comfortable family room:)
Inexperienced personnel in the reception telling us at midnight after driving the whole day and in an arrogant way that there is no room to us - while we had the proof of booking. Luckily, a more experienced colleague stepped in and found our reservation. Please beware how you speak to a tired family at a late hour and check twice if you do not know!
