Katherine is very active and always is available to help with questions or concerns related to appartment or even tours, we received her help for our tours inside and out of the city. The view from the apartment to the downtown, the sea and the beach is really amazing, I will be back soon.

The image of the TV of the living room has a problem, the focus of the image is bad.

The sea view from this high floor was very impressive along with the distant view of the Old Town. The host was usually quite attentive and friendly. The air conditioning units work well and are quiet.

The T.V. satellite channels never functioned properly (either no signal or sound with no image---the host needs to contact the provider to improve this). The apartment could use some esthetic improvement as some furnishings and appliances are getting rather old (i.e. the fridge is so cold inside even on the minimum setting that it freezes everything inside---not just in the freezer, there was never any hot water in the shower for some reason even after waiting several minutes for it to warm up). The full bed in the main bedroom (with the sea view) has quite a hard mattress, could be more comfortable. And finally, very surprised that you cannot have any visitors, even just for a dinner or a drink, after 9:00 p.m. even though you must provide all their I.D. details. This curfew is too early, it should be until at least 11:00 p.m. and this was NOT mentioned at all in the booking details to avoid any awkward situations...NOT every visitor is there for a "bad" purpose. As a registered guest, one is also expected to wear an uncomfortable plastic wrist bracelet all the time (it is designed NOT to be removed until check-out, 24 hours per day!) in order to enter the building or use any facilities. This was quite uncomfortable and felt like being treated like a hospital patient rather than a welcome guest. There should be a better, more comfortable system for allowing entry to the building to registered guests (and this unusual practice was also NOT mentioned in the booking details). The facilities are good at this building, although the swimming pool closes too early at 7:00 p.m. each day (no time to take a swim if you're out most of the day and want to have a refreshing swim when you get back!). It seems that the security system and limited pool hours are partly designed to save the building money in terms of staff rather than for the overall comfort and enjoyment of the guests. This was very surprising considering that the accommodation is quite expensive.

Great location and pool was a welcome relief. Furniture in apartment was a bit tired and water damaged for some reason but lovely place nonetheless.

Was asked to pay 50,000 COP for use of facilities (pool etc). Not stated in the booking process so wasn't too happy. Mind you as we'd run out of cash at that point we couldn't pay so they let us off.....
