We absolutely loved this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, we liked the style of the furniture, the view on the sea was a nice extra (though there was some renovation going on and we couldn‘t use the balcony), but it was fine for us. The staff was very helpful und very friendly. We liked really everything. The location was great. The buses were only 1-2 minutes away. In several minutes we could get to Brignole (Center) by bus. So, from 0 to 10 it is a 10. I will definitely book this apartment in case I want to go to Genova again. Highly recommend!

The room was quiet and nicely decorated. The mini fridge was a plus. The elevator is like functional art. Convenient location.

Maybe a dark curtain behind the main window drapes, as the room was very bright when the sun came up.

Very comfortable and nice hotel. We had a small balcony. Very kind and caring host. Next to the bus stop. It is possible to go by foot to the centre.

Wifi sometimes was not very good.

Really great experience, also thank to Oscar (an amazing receptionist)! The room was just perfect, spacious, clean, and with a nice view. The bathroom was also nice and clean, with many towels. After the checkout, we were allowed to leave our backpacks at the reception so we could go to the beach for few more hours. That was really sweet and we appreciated Oscar's kindness and willingness!

Choice for breakfast is poor, better to have a breakfast outside. Cleaning is 1 time per 3 days, not enough.

The rooms were big, bathrooms really well cleaned and everything was decorated with a classic aesthetic, matching the citty center, but in a really good and not over the top way. The staff was helpful and friendly and the building is really well localised.

The air conditioning from one of rooms wasn't as potent as the other one.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was as expected. Cozy and very clean room. Oscar, the manager is very helpful, nice and professional! We found a parking spot in the front of the building, it costs 7 euros per day. Oscar gave us a parking card so it was very easy to park and pay for the parking.

Very friendly host, and good location for bus to the beach and clubs during summertime, shopping street and the old town etc.
