The location was great and accommodation exactly as described. The office staff are very helpful. The property was comfortable and well stocked.

A key safe at the property would be much more convenient. And 2 sets of keys even better. No spare bed linen so could not wash the sheets. The interim clean was over halfway during the stay. There was no room to move around the bedroom, maybe too much furniture in there, the wardrobe and bedside cabinets to large for the room. The shower not great but adequate.

Location close to Poole Quay (0,5 mile), footpath along side of Poole harbour leading to the Quay. Ground floor apartment, compact but sufficient for two.

The weather but that can't be controlled.

Location, how clean the property was. Good Kitchen. The welcome pack was very good. comfortable and light. Excellent WIFI Great to amenities. Ironing board Iron , etc.

Bedroom backs on to a garden which is fine but double glazing may help reduce the noise. This didn't ruin the holiday. TV should be upgraded to a smart TV. These days we all have Netflix or Amazon accounts.

The layout was great, very clean and lovely comfy bed. Soft fluffy towels and everything you need is there.

It’s a shame the property doesn’t have even a tiny space to sit outside, but that’s the architects fault!

Small compact flat, in a good position near Park and harbour, shops, restaurants, lots of handy storage space, lovely soft towels, well equipped kitchen

Parking was a short walk from actual flat so a distance to carry luggage. Bed not hugely comfortable and space in bedroom quite tight

My reason for not wanting to book again is the company you book through. Even before the check in we had issues. Booking.com gave the option to pay on arrival but Quay living took a payment 5 days before anyway and when I phoned them they said it wasn’t possible to pay on arrival. You also get so many emails before the check in needing to provide proof of address etc. There is also an extra fee of £6 per person staying that you need to pay or leave a deposit of £200. We also had an incident with my parents forgetting their passports in the flat (totally on them ofc) but Quay living was not helpful at all even though my mum called crying on the phone several times. They told us they had looked and cleaned the flat for 4 hours and there was no passports. They would go in again and check and call after but we never received a call back. I phoned their emergency number and got a call back the day after. The passports was ofc in the flat (as we knew and they obviously did not check even though they said they had. My parents had to go to London to the embassy, spending a lot of money for new temporary passports since we weren’t allowed in to check in time. A simple mistake from our side that just wasn’t treated very nice by the company unfortunately.
