The flat was really smartly and comfortably furnished - everything was good quality and felt new and clean. It was really nice having the terrace to sit in. We love the Harbourside Park estate - it's very quiet and yet only a few minutes walk from the harbour and restaurants

The appointment was so well stoked with everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and very well furnished.

TV was from a Sky box and not terrestrial. Not being familiar with Sky we found it very difficult to us or find any channels to watch.

The flat had everything we needed: comfy living room and bedroom, well-equipped kitchen. lovely shower, and small back yard with pretty garden flowers, and furniture for al fresco. Situated in a quiet residential area, only a 15 minute stroll along the harbourside to get to the bars and restaurants on the quayside, and the shops in the town centre. Great boat trips from Poole Harbour to Swanage, Brownsea Island and Sandbanks, so no need to use the car for local sight-seeing. Quay Holidays hold the key to this property and communicated all necessary information about the property and key collection via emails, well ahead of the holiday start date.

Quay Holidays office is in the centre of Poole with very limited parking nearby. We parked in a loading bay when collecting the keys (to avoid having to pay for parking in the multi-storey car-park round the corner). When returning the keys at the end of our holiday, we chose to leave the car at the property and walk to the office - much shorter and easier to walk than drive there. Would have been easier if the keys had been in a lock box at the property.

Bit difficult to find the house could have a video link to show where to park

We were here for a month while my husband was working at the hospital. It was like home from home with everything you could wish for. The location was superb for our needs. It comes highly recommended.
