The staff were excellent, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was good, with a lot of variety and the food was delicious. We also ate at the Bel Cibo hotel restaurant, the food there was also very good. We enjoyed the location, it was easy to get into central Phnom Penh and every tour we went on offered easy hotel pick up.

The hotel is still recovering from COVID, many parts of it are still closed, which was a little disappointing. Many menu items are not currently available. I suspect we will enjoy our next visit more when there is more going on in the hotel. I recommend focusing more attention on servicing the pool area, we would have ordered more food and drinks if we had more attentive service, bringing more revenue to the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice views of the river and Royal Palace. Wheelchair accessible bathroom for me.

price. expensive for a 2 night 1 day stay, usd 586.00. I booked myself as required at singapore aiport but upon arrival my company will shoulder. so i tried to cancel but cannot. it could be changed cheaper room
