Good location, ample safe parking, friendly hosts

Room and bathroom were fine and staff communicated well.
The room was very noisy, you could hear the other guests talking through the walls and the shower was very loud. Breakfast was not included so the total price was quite high.

It felt like being welcomed into an aunties home, amazing local knowledge of good spots to visit off the map and guide books, and like where to get cheap petrol and the best pubs. The whole things was just lovely and really good. Really professional and friendly hosts if im ever back here would be staying for sure! (Also some cats at the location that are friendly greeters on the outside so a nice bonus for tired travellers)

beautiful and cosy house, very warm and cosy room, comfy beds, very clean and pleasant.

the hosts were amazing. so sweet and so accommodating. we showed up way too early due to change of plans and we just wanted to see if we could drop of our bags but marese immediately cleaned the room for us instead which was so kind and appreciated. they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. rooms were so clean and comfy- great value for the price.
i thought breakfast was included so i think some of the advertisement is misleading or i’m just mistaken! but that also would’ve been good to know upon check in/arrival that it wasn’t included!

It is becoming a joke now that B&B are not providing breakfast, yet the prices are gone up.

Hosts were kind to recommend on a lovely fish and chips restaurant - which was indeed good. Also they let me have Continental breakfast with no extra payment

Had a great stay here on the Saturday of the February Bank Holiday. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable and the owners were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. It is roughly a 15 minute walk into the middle of the town or a 4-5 minute taxi drive.

We had to pay extra when we landed there. Also we got no cooked breakfast also we got our own cereal.the mattress on the bed wss foam.the end of the bed was torn.no prober bath towels.

Really nice place and the hosts were really friendly. Secure parking for your car. Not too far from the town centre by foot, but longer than the 30 minutes advised ;-)

The staff were delightful and the room was exceptionally comfy. They made recommendations and the facilities were great too!

The suggestion to rent a bike made all the difference. Had a much richer time because of it

Friendly helpful owners, and nice additional touches( looking after my bike, free bits for breakfast already out as i was leaving early).
Good value for killarney, in fairness, its just that all the properties in Killarney are way overpriced. Bit of a spin from town too, car or bike very useful.

Very easy to get to, about 25min walk from town/INEC etc. Taxis about €8-€10, great value and great hospitality.
