Communications with owner were easy and prompt.

Condo was great! I loved the location being right across from the beach and has soooo many beach supplies and a nice wagon to transport everything. The building was quiet and we enjoyed the heated pool. The place was extremely clean except the floors were not. Walking around barefoot made my feet dirty on the first day. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and very clean. Well stocked kitchen, great location, and overall a nice place.

This is our the 1st time stay at Igor's place. Better than hotel. Definitely recommend Igor was a great host. Great location 5 min walk to the beach, close to all stores, it is clean, and is perfect for families best value that I find, everything that you need is right there. Just enjoy your stay and have fun.

The location of this unit is perfect! 3-5 min walk to the beach, many restaurants, cafes and groceries. The building is very quiet. The unit presents as it shows online. The pool area is also nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Igor is very responsive and very easy to communicate with.

We brought our kids (6&8) to the ocean for the first time. This was an awesome spot! The place suited our family well and Igor was so easy to work with. It’s a short walk to the beach and there are many great restaurants nearby. We rented a car so opted to drive to Hollywood for an outing as well. Thanks for a great stay, Igor! We loved it!

Place had a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for your stay other than your own food:) Short walk to the Ocean. The only thing we personally would of liked would of been more shopping around area.

I loved the Location of the condo in the building. It was easy to get in from the back where you park.. It's right by the gate and door, great parking spot. The apartment was very clean. Bug free, has cookware and nice dishes, beds were ok far as being comfortable. Bathrooms were ok the master bath needs a lil updating. Overall the condo is really nice and comfortable. The location of The La Cartier was a great convenience 5 to 6 min away from Adventura Mall, 30 min from south beach and Flll Airport. You also have stores and a Beach that are in walking distance. I love the community It felt safe, relaxing and peaceful. The host was nice, polite and quick at responding to my questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location with Publix, restaurants, CVS and beach walking distance. Kitchen updated with great tools, clean decorations. Everything in good condition! Great pool, parking etc. we had a awesome experience!

This location was perfect for our group. Easy access to the beach and excitement of the area but quiet enough at night to get rest :) the owner Igor was great!! Very easy to get ahold off and very helpful. The condo was perfect!! Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend this place!!

My boys and I stayed here for a family vacation and it was lovely. Everything was spotless, great location and it was easy to get in and out of the property. Igor was very communicative and helpful. We all loved it!

First, let me say Igor was excellent in communicating promptly to all of our questions. His descriptions of what was available in terms of shopping, restaurants and things to do in the area were very helpful. We were looking for a place to relax on the beach and have all the amenities one would expect in a vacation condo. The property is equipped with everything we would have at home and then some - like beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. There is also a very nice pool to relax in at the end of the day. The neighborhood is very safe. We watched kids walking about and going to school without adults tagging along. That speaks volumes. We were impressed with the cultural diversity of the immediate neighbors in the complex and surrounding area. That diversity extends to the local restaurants as well; ethnic cuisine is just around the corner as are grocery stores - one that caters to eastern European foods. A short drive gets you to a mall if that is on your agenda. The local beach is a short walk - short enough to carry our beach gear and not use the available carts Igor supplies. We also explored many beaches up and down the coast which was what we intended to do during our stay. Our typical day was having a cup of coffee in house, an extended walk on the beach, followed by a visit (walking) to one of several bakeries that offer amazing choices in pastries and coffee options then off to exploring more beaches, restaurants and local sites that Miami offers. We had a wonderful stay in Igor’s house. It was quiet, spacious yet warm & cosy, comfortable, clean and very well equipped - a perfect space for enjoying the Christmas holidays. The building was really nice in a very quiet neighborhood away enough from the busy traffic on Collins Av. The unit had wifi & TV options. The location is great for exploring the area, by foot public transportation as well as by car, as it's close to all major routes. As we booked a long time in advance we found Igor’s communication very reassuring. We would definitely stay again next time we visit & can wholeheartedly recommend the property to anyone wanting a great place to stay close to the beach.

Exellent séjour dans le condo de IGOR qui est à l'écoute de ses locataires si la moindre interrogation nous avons Le condo était très propre avec tout le nécessaire comme decris dans l'annonce rien ne manque Les commerces , banques, stations essence , fast Food.... à proximité à moins de 5 minutes à pieds La plage est à 5 minutes et pas besoin de prendre la voiture juste tout le nécessaire est à disposition dans le condo parasol,glacière sur roulettes ,chariots de transport, chaises de plage ,jeux pour enfants Pour résumer , notre séjour était PARFAIT nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir et avoir un propriétaire comme IGOR nous laisse un merveilleux souvenir de nos 3 semaines passé dans son condo

5/5 Stayed June 2019 Mark E. I dont know where to start.. from the comfort of the Condo, to the accessibility to everything or the short walk to the beach. I just didnt want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo is beautiful,spacious and well equipped has everything you might need from the kitchen to all the beach equipment. the location was awesome! All the comforts of home. All the amenities! The king size bed was like sleeping on clouds that I didn't even miss my own bed! The kitchen was new & layout great, when you’re tiered of eating out you can cook all your meals in the fully functional and well stocked kitchen. Beach items from towels to equipment provided by the owner is abundant. Great location, Accessible to everything We found the location to be perfect. It is central to a variety of nearby restaurants-excellent shopping centers; walking distance to Beach ,dinning ,attractions for entertainment and basically any thing needed are within a 5 to 10 minute walk, the unit is also just few steps to your parking area. Owner accessible ,engaging Igor the owner was very accessible,engaging so helpful and eager to resolve any questions or concerns we had, with just one text to Igor he responded immediately and resolved it quickly. Igor definitely made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Extremely nice condo, close to everything! Overall, just a great place, property was well-maintained and quiet. The pool was wonderful & not crowded ,we had everything we needed and more as well as enjoyed our stay very much! I definitely would stay here again -- no question asked! We loved it. And I would recommend this condo to anyone! We will be back,Igor! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!
