Location location location!!! So many balconies! The space to spread out and a/c in a terribly hot summer heat wave was a bonus!! Would recommend this place again!!!

The instructions for the door were sent the day we were traveling. It would have been more comforting to have the information before we were on an airplane and reliant on spotty wifi. Created undo stress. We’re very familiar with clothes washer/dryer combos, however, this one may be in need of repair as the heating element wasn’t working to dry. Also, a welcome book with recommendations would have been so helpful. We always appreciate local advice.

Location, location, location! Even though the apartment was a bare bones kind of place it covered the necessities well. It would have been nice to have a microwave though.

There should be a stool to climb up to the wonderful terrace. I walk with a cane and I was unable to climb up the single step which is about 2 feet high. My husband managed to clamber up but getting back down again was difficult and scary. The bed ran small and is not a true queen. It was a bit narrow for two mature adults. It could also use a firmer mattress.

1. Helpful and responsible "virtual" staff (corresponded only in WhatsApp). 2. Location - La Ramble, market, metro etc. 3. Two bathrooms. 4. The little welcome pack and goodies (suggest to provide more for larger group - we family of four share one pack of crisp :-) ) 5. Swift check in and out.

1. Sofa was terrible! Very uncomfortable. Old and flimsy. Please get a new one - it won't cost you that much! 2. Building entrance hall smells of sewage. The host apparently put extra dose of air freshener which in combination creates a strange smell.

The location was amazing. Almost all sightseeings were within walking distance. If needed metro station was in front of the appartment. Breakfast was delicious. The change of breakfast ordering was simple and worked great.

Vibrations during arrival and departure of the metro (a tax for the amazing location in the centre). Holes in the floor (it would be advisable to reconstruct the floor in the hall and in the kitchen) + once we had a problem with the door opening to the bedroom.

Location is perfect. Beds in sleeping rooms are comfortable, bed cloths and towels are clean The flat is very spacious ,nice designed and has all facilities for a comfortable short stay(however probably its renovation was few years ago)

Sofa in living room is a bit exhausted. Bathrooms need a bit more detailed cleaning Strange chemical smell on the staircase (outside the flat) A floor needs some renovation in near future.

It was not worth ordering breakfast in apartments. Round the conner the famous market is located with fresh fruits, juices ant etc. Few of us got wrong breakfast boxes.

Location is amazing, metro station right in front. Kitchen & living room are quite specious. Good amount of plates/cups for dinners with friends. Customer support can be easily reached and answers the questions quickly.

The apartment could be way cleaner. Lacks detailed deep cleaning. Curtains should be washed every once in a while, floor vacuumed ALSO under the beds. The buildings corridor smells like urine (but thats probably bc of the homeless people on Las Ramblas). They try to cover the smell with some strong perfume which only makes it worse

Location and view was very good.

Floor boards was lifted due to the water tank leak, sofa in the living room was very old and very uncomfortable also few minor problems as dropping hucks for the jackets, leaking shower door... otherwise accommodation was good enough.

Fantastic location! The Mercado de La Boqueria is just next door. Gothic Quarter is just within 5 minutes walk.The apartment is also just a stone's throw to Liceu Metro, making travelling to iconic landmarks very quick. A taxi stand is just a few steps away. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay! Definitely an apartment that I would strongly recommend.

Perhaps the curtains could be cleaned as my family felt it was a bit dusty and they kept sneezing due to the dust. But of course this is simply a minor issue and it didn't affect our stay.

Very beautiful and spacious apartment for family..There is a terrace at our apartment.. Breakfast is delivered every morning to our room.. Sure to stay here again next time..

There a strange smell along the stairway towards the elevator . I am not sure if it is the air freshener or what

i like location and support services by chat, all room was clearn and cozy. if we come to Barcelona again we will think about this condo first.

i don't know how to turn on Air condition of department outside a lot of noise becuase property near steet and market at the night we need to cose the windown and want to turn on Aircondition but don't work. but this very small problem for outside 15 degree.
