the bungalows are somewhat see through, so people can see inside.... little creepy.

Place was amazing, Stephanie and Team were incredible, would recommend for all! Tidal pools at low tide at the end of the azul rd was amazing, sunsets amazing!

Clarify pricing on 4 wheelers and items to make sure you understand. My Spanish is terrible and I did not understand some of the pricing with Colonas!

Everything was really nice and clean.

Because we came during the low season the restaurant was closed. Would have been nice to be able to eat there.

The location was convienent

The room I was in was a stuffy, dark, converted shipping container on a marshy piece of the property with no walking path leading to it. The open air bathroom was infested with mosquitoes. It felt like sleeping in a tomb. I left early the morning following my first night and abandoned the other nights that were prepaid.

It's kind of far away from Santa Teresa, if you do t have a car. So I rented a quad. Nothing bad, just an info

The pool area is magnificent along with the breakfast. it’s beautifully maintained and the staff is super sweet.

Beach towels were not provided and the kitchen had only two plates although there were beds for four. The kitchen generally could use a little more stuff to be more usable. The electricity went out too, which is apparently normal here when it rains, but there were not candles or lighters in the room (a lighter is also needed for the stove and not provided). It was a challenge being in the heat with a baby after a lovely day at the beach.

no bar, no restaurant, no cooler in room so nothing to drink. 500 meters further there is pizza restaurant where we could drink and eat.

1)There are no yoga classes for individuals, only teacher trainings! We actually tried to cancel our booking on arrival, because my wife came only because of that (Explicitly daily yoga classes on the website and on booking.com !), but were denied with a "no-cancelation-policy". She was told to simply take a class "close by at Horizon", but that was a few kilometers away and my wife doesn't have a drivers license, you can't walk down the dirt road). VERY disappointing if you've dreamt of a happy yoga place before and aren't able to switch to a different accommodation). 2)many mosquitos, so having a shower in the evening or brushing teeth in the morning with kids was a hustle because of the outdoors shower (stylish though).

- There is a swimming pool. - Breakfast is complimentary, despite being very average. - AC in the rooms.

- The bathrooms being outdoors when there are so many mosquitos in that area. The door to the bathroom was open when we reached, and struggled with mosquitos as a result. - No luggage assistance or even ironing set anywhere in the hotel. The lobby person laughed at us when we asked for someone to help us with our luggage and said "We don't do that here". This is a 4-star hotel we're talking about... - Junkyard vibe in some areas of the hotel.
