This is the most beautiful place in Palolem. the rooms are of such a good quality and fantastic room service with clean and beautiful environment. Highly recommended place.

Nothing . The hotel is a scam. No electricity back up , no water , oddly placed rooms , the staff is good but is helpless

We had really great and pleasant experience. Room is located in excellent location, market area next to the hotel and a lot of restaurants nearby. beach is just 2 minute walk.

It is close to the main Palolem road and beach. AC worked fine. Help with transportation. Possible to pay by credit card

Extremelly expensive, quite low value for money even it was Christmas season. 4000 INR is not a price for these facilities, 1000 INR should be enough. Check-in was quite bad as I had to call few times and wait for 40mins in the sun. I was asked to make a bank transfer before my arrival which did not happen on any other accomodations

Location was good, near to beach. Helpful staff.

Room was not as expected as per the charge. Cockroaches were there inside the room. Wifi, not so good, room was overcharged.

this a room in a house. It doesn’t have any front desk or reception. It also does not have any direct entry. One has to pass through another property to reach here . it is also infested with mosquitoes. There is no mixer in the bathroom so the water in the shower is either too hot or cold. There is no wardrobe just few slabs of wood. The electric kettle was not there in one room and Wi-Fi was not functional. there was no staff except a bell boy who was out to make a quick buck hustling beach related services. There was a woman who was there only collect the payment but was absent after that . Terrible experience and very expensive. Not worth more than 500 bucks a room. Just to crash

Rooms are dirty it was not cleaned and Ac and fan both doesn't work bad ambience fake does look like its in pictures and in that hot climate our stay was horrible and also its not very near to beach and online they charge is too much where in directly the prices are low so they scam us very poor service never choose this .room is full of spider webs and lizards also fan makes sound even if its slow also cant have a proper sleep

Anil and his team were amazing and dedicated to every request, and available for help and guidance. They took care of me as if I were a housewife. The first place I came to in India and made me a soft and pleasant landing. I wish them to receive all the good things they gave me back❤️
