I rent this place during a meeting at the convention center. This location was 1.9 miles from the center, but most of the networking was done at the Sanctuary hotel, a brief walk. Location was excellent. 2 adult couple shared and the places is really set up with 2 master suites. Beds were very comfortable. Place was very clean and new and we all enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again next year!!

We were return visitors to this property and hope to continue to be for many years ! It was perfect for our needs ...extremely comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, quiet environment, spotlessly clean, beautiful views and outdoor space, a lovely serene aesthetic, less than 5 minute walk to the beach and great proximity to Sanctuary for the odd indulgence.

Very nice: Kitchen, furnishings, location, preparation of property, gentleman who came to fix things.Not nice: TV in living room never worked, windows wouldn’t crank open,, lights in living room flickered unless totally on brightest setting, sun porch/small bedroom lamp had no available outlet and in same room switches for overheads placed behind cabinet, disposal got stuck.Recommendations: some “how to use” instructions would have been helpful. Our daughter got ill, and there is no Urgent Care at phone number listed, we had to drive to Charleston. ESPM frequently does not answer phone, email access only. We would have appreciated some placemats, a steamer basket for cooking clams, dishcloths for the kitchen not just a sponge (we couldn’t purchase any at Freshfields)The birding, beach, access to all Kiawah has to offer, naturalists were fantastic. We were there for two weeks, and may not consider renting that same unit.

Management firm was responsive to various issues such as an abandoned sofa near the front door, light bulbs, etc. love all the features of Kiawah and short walk to beach, parking at the door easy. loved the beach credit package used for bikes for free.

We had a wonderful stay on Kiawah for our family vacation. The Turtle Point Villa location was ideal: 5 min walk to the beach, short bike ride to Tennis Center, and right on the 17th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course! We thoroughly enjoyed doing each of these activities all week. Our Condo was neat and clean. AC worked great for this hot summer time! W/D was a bit small and long for 4 adults. Some light switches didn't work and could not figure out how to use ceiling fan in MBedroom without the light being on.

Week of Relaxation in a beautiful home
Loved the beautiful views from all the windows. By myself all week except at night and grandson stayed at night. Daughter in nearby unit. Had a wonderful week to contemplate and relax

We could not have chosen a better location to stay for our anniversary celebration. The size of villa was more than adequate. We loved seeing wild deer from the back of our deck and around the facility at dusk. We loved being right on the golf course and having our bikes delivered right to our front doorstep. We had every convenience at this villa. My only complaint was that we did have about 10 palmetto bugs throughout the week, gigantic spiders with spider webs formed from ceiling fan in living room and mainly spiders in den area (spiders didn't bother us as much as palmetto bugs).

Working with ESPM was very easy after an initial conversation over the phone all other communication was easily handled via email. We received all the information needed to access the island and villa. Everybody has there own decorating taste, this villa appeared to be recently remodeled and clean.

Family, Beach, & Fun! You couldn't ask for more other than to stay longer! Our only hick-up was there were ants in the kitchen and the door from patio room to deck needs some attention. Plan on staying here again next year during the Kiawah Eye Conference!

Our two-day stay in this immaculate condo was relaxing and just a short walk to the beach. Nature abounds! Within an hour of our arrival, we saw an alligator sunning itself across the golf course out back! We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck, listening to the sounds of nature. Deer appeared on our drive to dinner, and I watched an osprey building her nest. A lovely island and a lovely condo!

The unit is as advertised. Very well maintained, nice upgrades, very clean and in an excellent location. Very short walk to the beach. The management company is very well organized, responsive and was very pleasant to work with. Would readily rent the condo and work with the same management company again.

We loved the proximity to the beach, the golf course as our front lawn, the chic style of the condo's decor, the well-equipped yet uncluttered kitchen, the beautiful bathrooms, the access to beach gear (outdoor porch closet) and the very helpful rental property manager who was responsive and helpful in advance of our arrival. We enjoyed biking all over the island. I was disappointed with the food options on Kiawah (limited, not great quality and high-priced--most restaurants do not take reservations) and the lack of sail boats to rent. Otherwise, a great stay! Thanks you to the owner and to ESPM!

Very pleased with the rental. The overall appearance and appointments of the condo were excellent. The light and fresh decor was quite appealing. The location to the beach couldn't better - just 5 minutes walk, ideal for a short trip back for snacks yet far enough away that you did not hear the wind and surf. Walking distance to the Sanctuary. Loved ordering beach chairs and umbrellas from a local service in advance and having them waiting for us on the beach!

We had a lovely time staying at this villa on the 17th fairway at Turtle Poi t golf course for 3 days and nights. It was clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen met all our needs being well supplied with service ware for cooking as we enjoyed eating several meals in. There are not many cooking supplies-no condiments, , cooking oil, etc and no Keurig pods which would have been nice to know since it was the only coffee pot and we bought ground coffee when shopping for our stay. But if you brought in what you needed the kitchen worked well. The beds were comfortable and there was room to hang clothing and unpack your suitcase into clean dressers. The beach was nearby we enjoyed riding our rental bikes and walking daily. Though the golf is expensive, staying here allowed us access to all five beautiful courses. We enjoyed playing at Cougar Point and Turtle Point. The living space was comfortable and the smart tv allowed us a good number of options plus we could sign in to our own Netflix account. We would recommend this space for a couple or a family with 2 children, and would be happy to book here again.

Early May Kiawah Island
Very nice spacious villa on beautiful golf course and so close to the beach. Wished we had a pool to use. One bedroom entry was damaged and felt like the floor was giving out. It could have been a little cleaner. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great place
We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 3, loved how close we were to the beach, and the back deck was a great place for the family to hang out. All gated in to keep our 21 month old from escaping!

5 stars all around, what a perfect spot with plenty of room for our family. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has been recently renovated with all brand new appliances and it had plenty of storage, surprisingly more than I would have expected. We would gladly return! The property management company was also a pleasure to work with.
