The location was perfect for me but may not suit a lot of visitors
The door lock system was a problem. I have stayed in other apartments in this block with different systems and they were a nightmare too. The property could have done with a more thorough clean

Great location and spacious with balcony and well-equipped kitchen. Hosts were responsive and tried their best to fix issues as they arose.
The 'smart' home items didnt work well. The blind in one of the bedrooms didnt work and needed a battery replacement, which interfered with the sleeping arrangements. Then the front door, which is operated via an app, stopped working and needed recharging, meanwhile we could not leave the apartment.

The host always answered all our questions very quickly. The apartment has a really big and comfortable terrace. The kitchen has every possible utensil you would need.
Could have had more storage space for clothes and luggage.

Bloody expensive apartment, but I was pushed to book there because I was quite late in booking search,I am sure you can find same apartment but much cheaper,small example most apartment they charge not more then 40 or 50 euros for cleaning and they charge 80 euros.its not in the center so there us no reason at all to make it soooo expensive.

separate bedrooms and bathrooms with fully stacked kitchen
The kitchen floor was not clean, had small bugs in the back corner; the oven was nasty, has not been cleaned in ages. The table cloth in the living room had spots on it, I don’t think it was washed before we arrived.

The hosts were lovely and accommodating, the location is great with excellent links and a local park, we didnt use the pool but it looked great, we ran out of time!
Minor things such as the shower control and leaky sink in the second bathroom, but generally everything was clean and tidy.

Great position, nice safe complex with pool, although no pool chairs? Nice balcony area. The actual apartment would be nice if it was clean and in rentable condition. Doorman was lovely but dont trust host.
Apartment was extremely dirty as seen in photos. Hole in wall from electrical fire.Broken drawers in bedroom. Unethical host offering to refund cleaning fee for a good review after I complained. Apt shouldnt be rented out in condition it was. Host offered to come and reclean but even then I still had to buy cleaning products to clean filthy powerpoint/lightswitches and rewash all cutlery and crockery.

The apartment is very comfortable, and located at diagonal street .
Very nice street to have a wake.
