The location next to the Pantheon and a couple blocks from Trevi Fountain made this a perfect location. It was also a quick walk to Trastevere neighborhood. There is a taxi stand near the location where Caesar was killed that will get you better taxi rates.

Great location. A couple of blocks from the Pantheon and lots of restaurants. It included breakfast but you had to eat it in the room.

I received pictures prior to arriving so it looked big for a family but the rooms were a lot smaller. We could not see the Pantheon from the one small window in the room.

Enoch was an excellent front desk agent. Proximity to main sites was great. The room had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

The elevator was soooo small so baggage handling was a bit difficult.

Friendly and helpful staff. My flight was delayed and I checked in very late - Enoch waited and was very welcoming. Location was perfect. Will have to visit again.

Nothing really - mattress could have been a little better but it's a minor issue really.

The location is excellent! Close to many sights and the vibe is brilliant.

was very clean and nicely presented. We stayed in the attic rooms which were so beautifully presented. Location was good.

The location was perfect, so close to many highlights of the city centre of Rome and yet in a quiet street. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful .

As for value for money, the breakfast could definitely be improved. Few options, all cold/packaged but even in this case, some better quality things could be provided.

The staff was very nice and the location was good. The room itself was ok. This location would have been fine for young people.

They advertise a full breakfast, when in fact they give you a small basket of packaged baked goods. And they have a tiny elevator. However they put us in the attic, which required 3 flights of stairs! That was too much for 2 elderly women to haul suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.

The bed was so hard and was curved right in the middle you had to take luggage up a couple steps to get in the elevator it was so small 1 piece may 2 of luggage was all you could take

I booked a 3 night city break for my parents - they had nothing but good things to say about the hotel, the staff and the location (right beside pantheon / extremely central to everything). By all accounts the property was immaculate and loved their stay.

The location was fine but there are a lot of other places.

The check in/check out process for this place is really difficult. I had to pay 30 extra euros to check in after 9 PM but my flight didn’t even get in until 9. After this, they give you no check out instructions. I waited for a half hour to check out. Called their number and wrote them multiple times. No one responded.

The location is perfect all, touristic attractions are within walking distance, the room with balcony was lovely and the staff very helpful. Romell was very patient and kind to meet our needs.

The location was everything! Just steps away from the Pantheon and right next to gelato and food! We loved being in the center of Rome and even had our own little window to soak it up!

The space was a little smaller in person and the breakfast was subpar

it’s a nice b&b but the phots are deceiving. we thought we’d get a room and a terrace but there is only one room, off site with a terrace.

We stayed in the Annex room with Terrace, which is in a separate building so it felt more like an Airbnb / apartment rental. The room is on the 5th floor with lift access. The terrace has 360° views across Rome, it was even better than we hoped and we felt so lucky to have that space all to ourselves every day. It was beautiful to enjoy an aperitivo at sunset. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and Whatsapp'd every day to see if we needed room cleaning etc. I had told them in advance that we are vegan so for breakfast they made sure our fridge was well stocked with fruit, juice and soya milk - I really appreciated that touch! The location is perfect for sight seeing in Rome - less than 5 mins to the Pantheon, less than 10 to the Trevi Fountain.

The coffee machine was quite dirty so we didn't use it (I think mostly limescale from old water being left in it) and the large shower head did not work properly, we mostly used the handheld one instead to get decent water pressure.
