Sono arrivato e in camera non si accendevano le luci. Ho chiamato molte volte il numero trovato nella mail da contattare per emergenze ma nessuno mi ha risposto, nel frattempo sono rimasto in camera senza luce. Dopo un po’ sono uscito, mi hanno richiamato dopo un paio di ore dicendomi che si erano scordati di mettere nel mazzo delle chiavi la chiave che serve per azionare le luci. Pessimo servizio. Nessuno sconto proposto per il disservizio.

お部屋はすごく綺麗で、ホテルのスタッフの方もフレンドリーで、対応が本当に素晴らしかったです。部屋の掃除と共に脱ぎ散らかしたパジャマも綺麗に畳んでベットの上に置いてくれていました。海外旅行で利用したホテルの中でも群を抜いて素晴らしかったです。またローマへ来る際は必ず利用します！

There is no bad point in this hotel!

The hostess/receptionist Meloney (sp?) was an absolute star! Friendly, helpful, patient and kind. Rooms were very clean and we slept soooo well. Location couldn’t be better. We will stay here again without hesitation!

A coffee machine in the room would nice.

The location was perfect,walking distance to everything in the heart of rome Staff were absolutely outstanding great communication, we arrived earlier we got a lovely welcoming and enabled us to check in earlier, was easy to communicate through whatsapp , received a welcome message at arrival, was super helpful when checking in and out, its a place we will 100% return, the service was 11/10 Room was lovely and clean, with topped up mini fridge daily, fresh towels and beds done,

La pulizia e l’accuratezza dei dettagli. Stanza molto silenziosa, materassi magnifici.

A parte un disguido iniziale con il riscaldamento, tutto perfetto, ma lo staff, mi ha cambiato immediatamente camera e inoltre mi ha fatto trovare dei fiori in camera e dei buoni per la colazione!!! Meraviglioso, una coccola!

Chambre très spacieuse, très confortable, très calme, et bien équipée. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la place du Panthéon. Petit déjeuner dans un petit bistrot sympa à 100m de la chambre. Idéal pour visiter Rome à pied !

Petit bémol : réservation d'un taxi pour venir de l'aéroport à notre arrivée, sur proposition de l'établissement. Le taxi a finalement été annulé au dernier moment avant notre arrivée. Résultat : 1h30 de queue pour monter dans un taxi. Agaçant, même s'il y a plus grave dans la vie :-)

Struttura moderna e accogliente, un gioiello nel cuore di Roma a un prezzo veramente concorrenziale. Lo staff incredibilmente attento e gentile, ti fa sentire accolto e coccolato. Camere molto grandi, pulitissime, dotate di ogni comfort. Letto e materasso di altissima qualità, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Consigliato a tutti!

The Fourheads has a perfect location. I felt safe as a solo traveler. It is centrally located yet quiet. The room was clean, and the staff, especially Valentina, were very kind and helpful. My stay was superb. Thank you, Fourheads Team!

This place and all the wonderful people who work and represent this establishment are perfect! They welcomed us so warmly and went above and beyond my best hopes to treat us exceptional. Valentina and Artul are exceptional hosts and helped make this trip unforgettable! Amazing service in our room every day with staff helping tidy up as well! 100 out of 10 ⭐️!!! We will be back! Love and gratitude to these great people! O yeah the room was beautiful with the decore! Very modern and detailed!

La posizione, la cortesia del personale e la camera ben arredata.

Abbiamo trovato la camera un po’ fredda e seppure non era possibile accendere il riscaldamento (non era ancora concesso dalla regione), non c’erano coperte in più in dotazione…

The staff is amazing! Valentina is wonderful! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is amazing. Pricing is wonderful.

The size of the room, the staff, the location - all fantastic!! Wi-Fi password provided straight away. Walkable to all major attractions.

Absolutely nothing to say here, cannot fault the place, it was fabulous and Valentina was on hand to help with any questions we had!

The manager of the property, Valentina, was extremely helpful. Anytime we had a problem or wanted a recommendation Valentina had an answer for us. And the accommodations were great as well.

The only downside is the beds and pillows were too firm for our taste.

The location is perfect. It is near to every main things in Rome. The room is spacious for a room in Roma center. The staffs were nice.

The bathbooth's door was broken so the bathroom's floor was wet.

Great location, 10 minutes walk from the Trevi fountain, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Really convenient. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Location was perfect and host Valentina was very friendly.

Cleaning of the shower could have been a little better.

Staff were amazing, gave us everything we needed, recommendations, advice and anytime of the day/night they replied instantly. Could not recommend this highly enough. Rooms cleaned daily, absolutely spotless! 10/10

Love this place and will definitely be the spot I send people and go back to whwn in Rome. The location was perfect and Valentina couldn't have been more accommodating! We arrived in Rome much earlier than check-in and they were able to move things around and get us situated earlier. The rooms were clean, cool and beautiful. Walk out and you are in the center of all the sites and across from parliament! Loves this hotel!
