Perfect view and location The spa and massage are amazing

Hot water not available all day !!!!! Breakfast has no variety and the pancake and muffin corner is a mess !!! And you have to make it by yourself

Great location

The hotel is in a phenomenal location with acres of forest in the property itself. Gorgeous landscape and services such as the spa, pool and sauna that uses the local healing mineral water.

Everything was lovely. There is an amazing Georgian restaurant on the top floor and an international restaurant on the ground floor. Buffet could be a bit better organized.

The greenery is fabulous and the spa services were excellent as well.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the hotel it self is good as well, but it is not 5 star. Liked the size of the room, swimming pool and spa is very good, breakfast was good also, I stayed for 2 nights, and liked that they had little changes in breakfast.

Did not like the restaurant they have, food is not good, I was looking for stake, and in menu there was 40-70₾ price, then was offered beef stake by the waiters, told them medium, I got well done, and the stake was not good, not even medium tender, had to work on it to eat, and when I got the check saw that the stake price was 180₾. The curtains in the room looked like was not cleaned, had spots. Also, in the 5 star hotel I expect to have smart TV at least, all I got was, few Georgian channels and most Russians.

Loved this hotel - beautiful location in the quiet forest (I had a great view of the mountains from my room), absolutely enormous room and bathroom, friendly staff who will help you organise tours if you want to, excellent spa and the on-site Georgian restaurant served really good food that wasn't too expensive either. A perfect place to relax for a couple of days.

The breakfast could have been better - the bread and pastries were pretty stale both days I had it. But there are lots of other options too - the cottage cheese pancakes were great.

Several basic things were missing from our room and we had to ask for them Tea bags , there was only one tea bag for two persons Tissues, we had to ask to provide us with tissues Breakfast, was not as expected for a 5 star hotel, especially the sea food salad components were raw and not edible. No meat or chicken was provided. Room service, they didn't clean the room in a proper manner, especially the toilet.
