Just in front of lift… Perfect location.. apartment is pretty new… with everything available

Its a ski resort, although we went on the off season ( no snow) still all the facilities were there as we expected. And the host was there until our arrival to give us the key. We enjoyed our short stay a lot.

The appartament is located really close to the slope, restaurants, pub and about 5 minutes away from nearest shop in New Gudauri(Spar). We really enjoyed common space in the appartament and the view. The place was clean and cosy. We also found in it everything whats needed for meal prepering. Thank you <3

Very neat and clean apartment with all the facilities and excellent location. Iryna and Evdokia were very helpful in making our stay comfortable. Great apartment for families with children.

if possible please put blackout or dark curtain in the bedroom. The lights from Drunk Cherry keeps the room extremely bright in the night.

Poor maintenece, poor cleaning, no elavator to forth floor, no television, uncomfortable matteress, unlite coridors. The place is prepared for the einter season and abanded doring summer season.

The view - although it was not the same as on photos, it was still beautiful and captured quite a bit of the mountains. Unfortunately, you can still see a few buildings and the inner yard with cards and construction work. Close to the main ski lift.

We live in Switzerland, and for this price you can rent a small serviced chalet in an Alpine resort. The payment was demanded on a personal account, upfront. My partner, for whom this was a surprise trip, called it a scam, and said I should raise this with Booking.com. We've stayed in nearly 40 homes globally, and charging thousands of dollars for a HOSTEL experience is NOT OKAY. A quick shortlist: - We were greeted by a girl who spoke neither Russian nor English and could not answer any questions - No information provided: on skiing, wifi, emergencies, etc. - neither verbally nor on paper (as is standard in holiday homes) - The flat completely lacks the most basic items: napkins, tea/coffee, water, soap (only provided a litre of the cheapest Russian shampoo you can get), etc. - mind you, the photos show champagne and fruit - Two little towels of poor quality; no mats/rugs in the bathrooms - Bad cleaning: there was leftover trash in the kitchen, the kettle was permeated with limescale, etc. - The heating on the ground floor is non-existent - Despite how they advertise it, the SPA and gym are not there (which was one major reason to choose this property). Firstly, both are in a different block, which is a hassle during winters. It is also paid entrance. But more importantly, they were not even operational despite what the owner told us. The nearest wellness centre is 15 min hike up the hill in -10 degrees - The "continental breakfast" is a myth - No checkout info / procedure I raised these issues with the manager, and she told me buy those basic items at a supermarket - I could not believe it! She found excuse for every point above - saying that people should do their own research about the place before arriving, that the girl who greeted us was inexperienced, and that limescale is fine because local water is high in minerals. We were so frustrated by all this that we moved to a hotel instead, simply keeping suitcases in this flat.
