the a/c in our room worked ok, we just couldn’t get it cold enough. We were greeted by a big cockroach in our room but that just comes with the territory.

Great food especially the homemade pizza and bread. The free transfers were excellent.

the grounds are beautiful, the space was spotless, and the on-site restaurant was perfect for us - especially after a long day of travel.

The rooms were clean and simple.

we specifically booked this hotel due to their advertising that they are close to the FAAA airport and that they provide airport shuttle. I notified them about our arrival time at the airport several days in advance letting them know that we will be returning a rental car at the airport and would need to be picked up after that. They told us that the rental companies also offer shuttles and to ask them. When we returned the car, the rental company informed us that the hotel is too far and that their shuttle cannot drive us. At this point we called the hotel, but they told us that we should have notified them more than 48 hours in advance. this is ridiculous, because we did and they proceeded to ignore our request and misinformed us regarding the rental company shuttle. we ended up taking a cab. Also, one of our rooms had a broken air conditioning and a bad smelling bathroom.

Very close to town, with supermarket/atm close by. The dinner/snack platters and breakfast was very nice and a good price. Amazing having the shuttle to from the airport/ferry too makes it alot easier when you first arrive.

On side hill + steps The was rear unit + had no view.There was no light outside of unit + had reach through the window to turn the inside light on There was NO TV The ceiling Fan did not work. There was only one charging point for the phone , Which was under a desk so had get on hands + Knees + 80,s is not the best. The unit was single glazed + the dogs barked all night + half the morning + then rooster took over. The breakfast was in full sun, with no shade + food was not fridged The owner charged 2000 F , for taxi down to port + when we got there, the driver charged 1200 F + had not been pay by motel , M

the patio was a little bit sunny for breakfast and not enough shade. But the food was worth it

Basic clean room to stay in the night before our flight

Lots of stairs so lugging suitcases about difficult - especially in the dark and the rain. No Wi-Fi beyond the covered bar area (we were in the uncovered bar area and it didn’t reach us). Ordered the fondue and it took nearly an hour to come meanwhile the bread chunks came out straight away and got staler and attracted lots of flies - would have been better to bring both out at the same time

rooms are great. breakfast very nice with homemade bread. the terrace where you dine is lovely

could really use some cushions on the dining chairs. need more training of staff regarding taxis and what to see and do nearby

Good for a 1-2 night stay if you are exploring Papeete. The hotel is extremely clean, aircon worked well. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate everything. Free pickup from the ferry was smooth and drop off at the airport went well as well. The location is walking distance to the city center, and parking was easy. Would stay again.

Super clean rooms. Lively bar/restaurant with great Happy Hour drinks and fun atmosphere. Loved the music choice. Free pick-up and drop-off from/to airport and ferry terminal was very convenient.

Staff that drove us to the hotel could have been more attentive, bags were loaded without much care in the van and my suitcase fell and got damaged

good value for the price. quiet area and shuttle service to/from the Papeete airport. within walking distance to many sights and the harbor. we arrived 4 hours before the 11 am check-in. we were given coffee/tea and there is a nice covered patio area where we could relax until our room was ready. during our first stay the room was basic but provided what we needed. During our second stay, we had an efficiency that included a small refrigerator, hot water kettle, sink, and cooking/eating utensils with pots and pans. Breakfast is available for a small fee. we thought we would miss having a TV, but having the bar for drinks and evening snacks available, and being as exhausted as we were each evening, it was not an issue.

The shuttle service was a bit of a mixed blessing. For some reason, Fare Suisse will not drop off or pick up from the cruise terminal, even though it is right next to the ferry terminal, which they do provide a shuttle for. Fare Suisse decided when to take us to the airport for our flight - we had no say. And make sure you confirm details of your shuttle request 24 hours ahead, or you are out of luck!
