Location. Space - it was a big apartment.

Mainly the tree cockroaches. There wasn’t that many but I really don’t like them. The paint needed a refresh.

Arrivée vol de nuit, pas facile à trouver, le téléphone ne répond pas!! Télé,bouilloire,ascenseur... non fonctionnels

La situation en plein centre ville. L appartement est très bien agencé , la literie est impeccable. Tout est propre et le propriétaire est très serviable

L ascenseur qui est bruyant et souvent en panne. L appartement est au 3eme étage mais ce sont des petits étages

Parking was awful. Finding the place is hard especially at night. The elevator buttons are missing- so you can’t use it to bring down your luggage.

I enjoyed it

Nice place, two bedrooms, it's got AC but you barely need it. It's quiet. Very close to the ferry (3 minutes walk). Also very close to an ATM to withdraw money, close to a market to shop food, close to a pharmacy, close to Vini for SIM cards, and close to restaurants. Much better than a hotel. Friendly people in the building. Tapu is super nice and met us at the property to show us around and give us the keys.

No working light switch in the stairs at the top, but you can use your phone. Just needs to be fixed.

Host was very hospitable and helpful. They helped arrange transportation and were able to accommodate for a late arrival and late checkout. Would book again because host was amazing.

Location was in the downtown area very close and convenient to the ferry and cruise ship docks. Apartment was quiet, with good facilities. Owner has been slowly upgrading the apartment and was installing new AC during our visit.

Shower needed better cleaning.

The apartment was very convenient to the ferry terminal and central Papeete. The host made arrangements for us to get in early which was a huge plus. We did not use the kitchen but it looked to be very well stocked. The person that let us in also made the arrangement to have a cab (which was large enough) to pick up the 4 of us with our luggage.

The entrance and elevator were a bit sketchy. The apartment was very good and we were able to get in early which was a huge bonus as we were at the Ferry terminal and the host made arrangements for a cab to take us to the airport.

bed was comfy. big enough for two people in the centre of town.

check in was ridiculous. you have to pre arrange a time so we picked 5pm-6pm. I waited on the busy street outside the metal gate as no access or codes from 5-6.10 nobody showed up so drove to look elsewhere. then got a phone call at 6.30 saying there were there now. As we couldn’t find anything else available to rent at that time we went back and met the owner at 6.45 they were there in a car that was not there earlier. owner said they we there all along waiting but that wasn’t true. stairwells we’re pitch black as lights did not work. very noisy in the building. it set the tone to us not enjoying our last night as much. not a very good experience.

The location near the ferry was fantastic and easy to find. The check in and check out was easy. Value for money was excellent.

The location is the main advantage of this property, within easy walking distance from the market, Moorea ferry, patisseries and restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Pretty seedy building. Tricky entrance to car park.

The apartment was spacious ,clean and well equipped. Its location to downtown meant everything was within easy walking distance . Keep in mind most places are closed on Sunday. The owner was exceptionally helpful

We were met onsite to be let into the apartment .This was fortunately coordinated for us by our taxi driver as we didnt have a local phone . It could have been tricky otherwise. There is no signage only a small street number and a metal gate as an entrance Please take a torch. The corridors outside the apartment are pitch black during the daytime.

It was located near everything in downtown of Papeete. Just few minutes from port. Price was better than other hotel so I rent a room for 2 nights but I checked out before over night flight. I have kids so it was good idea that I rent 2 nights. Before flight, we can take a shower. Room was clean but it is better to close your luggage...

I just don't like that I have to arrange the time to meet owner because I can't check in whenever I want. May be yes, but owner bring the key, so if I miss it, it will be terrible...so it is very important to check in on time! ( I was fine but if you don't have wifi, or telephone, it might be hard...) There is no balcony so if you need to wash your clothes, dry in the room. ( Under the AC, dry fast) I think you can't drink alcohol. It was written " No alcohol... It was hard to park a car in their parking...
