Dirty and old house No lift

The location was wonderful! Right in the heart of Old Colmar. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Everything was very new and clean.

We all suffered from bug bites. We don’t know if they were mosquitoes or bed bugs. With the warm weather and lack of air conditioning, we had to have the windows open, and there are no screens on the windows. We could see many insects coming in. We realize this is typical for Europe. We also did not receive the lock box code automatically. When we called the property upon arrival, we left messages and never heard back. We had to call booking.com and wait a long time (more than the 30 minutes we were told we might have to wait) to finally be given the code. This meant we were walking and sitting around town with all of our luggage and making many phone calls and spending time going through the automated system and being placed on hold (which cost us money).

The location is amazing!!! The apartment is spacious, comfortable for 4. Kitchen is good enough for a short stay. The apartment was prepared and well heated upon our arrival. The beddings and toilet paper were more generous compared to other apartments.

- The stairs for reaching the last floor are awfully steep. It's not acceptable to have such stairs for everyday use, especially with luggage. We almost fell a couple of times. This should have been mentioned in the apartment description. - We contacted the host several times by phone: no response at all. No call back. This is so disappointing. - The TV was not working (and the host was not reachable). - A number of kitchen tools and utensils were dirty or rusty.

Fantastic location in the center of Colmar, within walking distance to many places. Beautiful view, good layout, cozy and friendly. Spacious living/dining room and bedrooms, coffee machine, on top of a great restaurant, creperie and bakery.

It wasn't easy to get the door code as an international traveler with limited internet and cell service. Toilet paper was missing upon arrival.

location fantastic for touring around - large parking short walk away 20+ euro per 24 hrs. perfect size communal kitchen/living area for 3-4 adults. easy to contact with questions. lovely kitchen for longer stays (need more forks there were only 2 for 3-4 people). stayed in the apartment named "shabby" it was very cute and comfortable.

had to leave after 1 night unfortunately, allergies there made me unwell and unable to sleep, regardless paid up for 3 nights. only bathroom through main bedroom which may be intrusive to some in the night / early morning while trying to sleep if staying with multiple people as we did.

Location is ideal for people who want to be in the old city. It is just 2- 5 minutes walking distance to every historical place. But also noisy till 1.30 a.m. beacause of the location. Room cleaning was moderate.

Wonderful experience sharing this 3bdr/1ba apt w/ 2 friends. Easy accessing this apt on Rue Les Tanneurs. I was able to pull up right to the bldg to drop off luggage and then circled around and found street parking which is FREE for the 1st three hrs. The apt is accessed by code and key is in a lockbox. The owner is super communicative and we had zero issues. Our apt was on the 2nd Fl (European) w/ beautiful views of the canal and pedestrian/foot traffic. Couldn’t ask for a better location, value, clean bright space.

Linens and comforter smelled damp, not fully dried after being washed

Thea answered fast. Very close to town Centre, but therefor also quiet loud until late at night

There were cockroaches! Also no Wifi, they sent a new Wifi-Name: still didn‘t work.
