The structure of apartments are great, the owners were exceptionally great. We really liked the large living rooms.

The location is not optimal, but we knew it before booking the place. Another minor thing - then we arrived there weren't any dish washer or other basic things, so we had to buy things that we used only like 20%.

Ortisei is a very pretty town. Bus stop was close. If not in ski boots it was a nice walk into town which we did many times. The ski room was great and we preferred this to leaving our skis in town at the ski rental. The rooms were bigger than expected and everything was clean and worked. There is a nice balcony with some chairs to sit outside if the weather is good. The lobby downstairs was also very clean and presentable. A nice surprise for us as a family staying for two weeks was a washing machine in the bathroom which came in handy to wash smelly ski gear. Unfortunately there wasn't a rack to hang the clothes on but we made do.

The electricity tripped once but we soon worked out that we shouldn't turn on the kettle and too many plates on the stove all at the same time. Not a real issue. Wifi was mostly really good but at times did disconnect, possibly when there were many residents connecting at the same time, also not a real issue.

Uncomfortable mattress and pillow in our room. Lot of noise from the sanitary installation in our apartment.
