We had an amazing 4 night stay. Rooms were big and clean with nice view of Ortisei and Alpe di Siusi. Spa area and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after the whole day of skiing. There is also a ski bus station right in front of the accommodation which takes you to Seceda lift and you get a free ticket for it.

I loved having the luxury of a full functional Kitchen/Living and a bedroom! The spa, pool and outdoor whirlpool was a real bonus! Super clean and they also change towels and clean the rooms even though you have the luxury if being self catering.

There was nothing that we did not like

The property is very nice and the room is very big, we can see a great scenery through the window in the room, we have a great experience to live here! Also the staffs who work here is very nice! They always care about our tour before we arrive. It was snowing on the day we checked out, the lady who works here drive us to the bus station! If it wasn't for her, we wouldn't be able to catch the departing train! The staffs who work here are very kind!

Maybe the location is a little bit far from the center, we need to climb up the mountain to get there, but it’s not a big deal.

the interior is very clean, sauna is perfect, swimming pool is very clean too. my parents loved the view! and the host is very kind. highly recommend

the stair to the center is steep but better than not having it to go down to the town and gondola

We stayed 4 nights at the penthouse, it is great for families, there are two bedrooms and one double sofa. The kitchen is great and gig enough. The view from the room is a great start for the day. The staff is very nice and will help you even with personal issues.

Really beautiful view and large kitchen with lots of good cutlery options. Stores/shops/lifts all working walking distance.

Our room was rather hot, but we were right above the pool. It would have been nice to have some salt and pepper in the kitchen, along with some dish soap. Fortunately the receptionist loaned us some from hers and we were able to purchase those items later.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Barbara. She was so welcoming and showed us to a wonderful room covered in knotty pine. Absolutely ideallic! The fluffy robes and spa area were just what we needed after a day of hiking and magnificent views.

IH cooktop instead of vitroceramic would be a plus (for users and environment).

the entire property is comfortable and feels more like an alpine home than a hotel. the hot tub and pool were both great additions. We specifically sought out a place a bit out of downtown and really appreciated the quiet location. we also really appreciated that the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. we stayed with our 18 month old daughter and they were very understanding of our unique schedule. also, the bread service, is amazing and a must.

An extremely enjoyable and pleasant stay! The host was very helpful and attentive. The flat is very clean and spacious with complete facilities. We toured Italy for two weeks and this was definitely the most comfortable stay!

Note that it might be challenging to get to town by foot with the steep hills! It wasn't an issue for us but might want to take note if you are traveling with elderlies.

We had a great stay here! facility was clean, our room was spacious and felt really cozy. we had an awesome view of the mountains and the town below. had all the comforts you needed.

The Penthouse apartment was wonderful: well appointed, comfortable and had spectacular views of the Dolomite mountain range. The staff was both friendly & professional and provided wonderful breads & croissants in the morning (at an extra cost). The town of Ortisei & the main lifts were less than 10 minutes away by foot, albeit the return was more challenging (steep uphill). The Spa/ pool area was an extra perk and helped wind down in the late afternoons. Hope to return in future!

plenty of room, nice amenities, and I was especially happy to have the shutters that could totally block out light. best sleep I’ve had this whole trip!

having a breakfast would be nice but they deliver bread in the morning if you ask for it. it’s really the only “bad” thing I can say and it’s incredibly minor.
