Good looking apartment complex with apartments being equipped with kitchens so you could cook yourself. In the complex is located a market with coffee shops and restaurants. The pool was really big and had a nice view as it was on 5th floor. Our host was really helpful and responsive.
The private beach was underwhelming they could make it more appealing, add some sun-beds some bar/restaurant service.

The host is super friendly and caring. Always available to answer any question and tried to solve our problems with the AC as soon as possible. The view from the apartment is really nice. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra AC.
Wi-fi was mostly good. However, it did not work for a while 1 day which was a problem to us as we were working remotely. But I also think this is a problem from the provider and the region rather than the host.

Excellent views, clean and well presented apartment. The pool was nice too. Well located for dining out and the local supermarket. Rose, the managing agent was excellent in resolving an issue with the cable provider

host stole 1000 pesos deposit from me. Promised to show up to give it back, did not do that. Then promised to pay it to my bank account did not do that. Thief.
