Breakfast. If the customers are foreign people, breakfast should not only coffee and cake

Swimming pool very pleasant……small, clean, private and often very quiet. Good, secure parking. The place is a good stopover for a few nights provided you have a car.

We were expecting a room with a kitchenette but on arrival we discovered we were in a room with only a fridge and coffee machine. There were no cooking facilities, no kettle and no kitchen sink. Communication was through ‘WhatsApp’ only with the owner, which was very limited. Face to face communication was almost non existent for the first three days. We were moved to a better room halfway through the week (with a kitchenette but few cooking utensils) The location of the place was very difficult to find and being situated between two motorways you had limited access points and were unable to walk out to shops, bars etc.

The room was spacy and clean, our kids enjoyed the pool and we appreciated the coffee machine 😁 The owner was very kind and extremelly helpful.

The only issue for us was the location which is little bit isolated. But the owner always arranged transfer for us when we needed. If you travel with own car you will not have any issues.

The place is new,modern,comfortable and fully equipped. It was very clean and the host was very kind and helpful!

We didn't manage to rent a car so we had problems arriving to the train station in Modugno.We suggest renting a car for all those who are arriving without a car like we did.

All very clean! All the requests (like baby cot, or early breakfast) were fulfilled. The check-in was very handle. Good guiding videos received from the host. The host gave perfect advice about the local restaurant and the trade centre. That made the last day of our stay in Puglia totally perfect.

breakfast was a sweet cake and a cup of coffee. dissapointing!

near to the airport, secure parking, very clean.The owner sent very informative videos to explain everything as we were arriving late.
