Location was perfect, everything is not far, a lot of restaurants near. Apartment was well equipted. In the kitchen you could find sugar, tea, coffe, salt. Would be amazing to find oil also. Really beautiful view from the balcony. If the sky is clear, you can perfectly see mount Ararat.

The frigde was working very loudly. And you can hear a lot of noise from the streets (cars, barking dogs, etc). The water in the shower drained very slowly. Not enough toilet paper.. Maybe a little expensive for that you got.

Host was really polite. And ready to help.

The property is perfectly located for both business and pleasure. All the best restaurants and pubs are very close and it's very easy to find the place itself. The flat is well equipped, clean and taken care of. The building itself is fresh and modern and looks safe. The management was always ready to help and proactive and spoke excellent English. It's an extremely good value for a short stay.

The living room of the property is equipped with a water floor heating system that heated it to something like 45 degrees night and day, so it was impossible to stay there without an open window (not to mention the waste of energy). I suppose it doesn't apply to summertime. It wouldn't be a problem, but all doors and windows open to an open rooftop terrace, which means that it feels like sharing space with your neighbours and you need to shut your curtains all day when you are in to have some privacy. Sound insulation is very bad so you overhear all conversations around even when the windows are shut.

It was nice, warm, and fully convenient for our daily needs and activities.

Perhaps the limited tv channels that didn’t have much english channels available. And also we couldn’t lock the balcony door in our room.

The residence is super clean with polite and kind staff. I will definitely choose here for future travels.

Wonderful view and location

Great location and balcony view. Comfortable bedsheets. Blackout curtains. Wi-fi is fast.

You have to go upstairs after the elevator. AC had bright LEDs and I couldn't find a way to switch them off.

1. The location was exceptional near the shopping centers, malls, main streets of Yerevan. 2. Hosts were friendly and helpful. 3. Kitchen amenities were great and allowed enjoying my stay and cook whatever I want, frying pan, pot, oven, .... 4. The apartment had a washing machine that comes in handy for a long stay. 5. Security of the building was another good thing.

It would have been great if the windows had a mosquito net

Everything was perfect! The location, balcony, view, stuff, hospitality, one of the best price-quality relation in the Yerevan. Lots of nice caffes and restaurants nearby, good neighborhood. Clean and cozy.

The location of the place was good. We had good access to republic square and many good restaurants around us. The hosts and staff were very hospitable. The support, responds fast and properly.

The air conditioning wasn't good. The wifi speed wasn't satisfying - kept disconnecting and the signal wasn't powerful. However, the staff was nice enough to try to troubleshoot and nicely respond.
