Don’t have elevator so it’s difficult for carrying the luggage.

very kind receptionist with good English skills and very helpful. the rooms were clean and very close to every important place to visit (the churches etc.)

We spent a night in the room with bathtub. We really enjoyed it and the staffs are super kind and exceptional! We will definitely come back when we need quick getaway from city life :)

The entrance can be refurbished with simple decorations. It is all covered with black marble so it gives a bit dark and old-fashioned at this moment.

There was a smell of cigarettes in the room. There were also some very loud guests who were very loud; yelling, singing and banging stuff till 2 am. The bathtub was leaking. On the positive side, the room is big, clean and the receptionist was very kind but spoke very limited English. You can find a better hotel for this price

Small hotel in Great location near cathedral and main square; our room was perfect for 2 singles because there were two separate areas each with double bed; room was nice and bathroom very good. Friendly helpful staff.

There are no breakfast facilities (although they provide coffee and kettle) and only one nearby place for bkfst that opened at 10 (but is very good).
