We went with friends and cannot fault Julie and her lovely house . There was firewood , we did need to look for paper to start fire ..
a little bit further to walk than we realised , easy in summer but not so much in winter . However , the pub next door was very good for meals .

Bridge Haven was really lovely. The hosts are incredibly generous with the kitchen ware - good quality and plenty of it. Staples in the pantry, a fire place, ducted heated...excellent, comfortable beds...just a lovely home shared with those of us lucky enough to stay.

My third time and just as good as the first. Really wanted to try the pizza oven. Beds, linen, kitchen supplies are everything you want. Would love to spend time working on the lovely garden and back yard,

Comfy beds, fire, central heating and cafe plus pub next door. Tram across the road. This lovely house kept us comfy and warm for a week. We loved the beds, the decor inside was tasteful and welcoming. Great, well stocked kitchen would definitely stay here again. Home away from home. Host was friendly and responsive. A gem.

Lovely house, close to all attractions. The pub next door was a little noisy as well as Traffic noise on the Saturday night.
Loved the morning sunlight through the kitchen windows in the morning and sitting by the fire in the evening.

The slightly neglected front garden did no justice to the lovely cottage inside. The kitchen was well equipped and user friendly, the bedrooms large with very comfortable beds, the living space was sunny and bright.
With a pub right next door and lovely cafe across the road the position was excellent.

A very pretty cottage with all mod cons. Great wood stove although very efficient central heating too. Well equipped kitchen and good shower. Hard to suggest how it could be improved. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Bridge Haven - Bendigo - a great place to stay
"Everything about this place had that ‘extra touch’ from people who really care. I won’t share all of them as I want you to experience the nice surprises like we did!” Loved the location, accessibility great food over the road at the café and the pub next door that you would never know was next door, not a noise from them... Walking to the CBD, Bendigo is turning into a food haven. We loved our stay and the host Julie was just brilliant , happy to help with any questions.

Fabulous, light and airy house that exceeded our expectations! Exceptionally clean, great beds and linen, super book, magazine and game collection. Lovely, very well equipped kitchen and outdoor space too.

Awesome weekend @ Bridge Haven
What a great location. What a clean comfy and well equiped home. We had a blast making and cooking our own pizzas in the wood fired oven. We parked the car and walked everywhere. We will definitely be back. Thanks Julie for our first enjoyable holiday out of restrictions.
