The staff checking us in here very nice and helpful. The room was quiet. The bathroom clean and in working order. There was someone from the motel to pick us up at the airport when we arrived.

The beds were unpleasantly firm. The A/C didn't cool the room adequately. There was supposed to be no extra charge for the airport shuttle. But, even though we tipped our driver he still told us there was an additional $10 charge when he dropped us off.

The room I stayed is worth 5 Euro per night. Not at all 45 Euro per night. Except humble staff nothing is ok for this hotel! Room full of mosquitoes (mosquito net has many big holes) I would avoid this Hotel until property shows improvement in cleanliness, comfort and safety. My review is purely based on the room I stayed in. Other rooms might be not as bad as mine (I don’t know)

The staff was incredibly friendly and arranged the transport from and to the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel was really convenient and had a delicious curry on the menu. Would recommend!!

there was no hot water, the room was dark, the air conditioner was loud, it was difficult to reach from the airport

We had 6 hrs lay over so just wanted somewhere to put our heads down for a few hours. This does that job perfectly. Short drive, their driver picked us up and took us back at very reasonable rate. Has dining area where food was good too.

You may feel you are in the back of beyond, but it feels safe and clean so it’s absolutely fine as a transit location at very cheap rate

The staff was not friendly, helpful or organized. Our airport transfer was to be $5 each way and when we got there they said $10 each way because there was construction. They should have updated their message to us if the price has temporarily changed, very awkward.

Close to the airport although the direct road is close for road work and the detour takes 10 mins. Good airport shuttle service.

Pickup from airport and drop off to ferry was fine and reasonable. Rooms quite spacious and clean. Very friendly staff -who woke early to ensure we had some coffee and limited breakfast at 5.30am.

Breakfast was very basic The place was right alongside a building site and train rails - extremely noisy and unable to sleep until after midnight because of building site works and constant train and motorbike traffic. NO real choice of food after 8.00pm and breakfast was only toast, coffee and honey?

Nice staff. Very dependable and helpful. Reasonably close to airport but due to construction it is dusty and congested. It would be faster to walk.

Noisy all night long. Local people coming and going using the facilities. Loud talking. Kids crying. Train goes by with shrieking blasting horn. Cold shower.

Good breakfast location good but become longer because of road work

Check out time because on the app it show 24 hours after checking in but when you arrive they told us has to be before 10:00 o’clock in the morning My advice they have to give this information to the customers before complete the booking other than that everything is good and they are polite Other thing about the currency they don’t like dollars which less than 2012 as they told me so all this information needs to be clear so the customers can prepare them self

good hotel for connecting flights because it is near the airport. I felt very safe and also the hotel was really clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

They were so friendly and nice to book with! Pre-ordering the Taxi was very convenient as well and the location was very close to the airport. They even accommodated and gave me breakfast early so I could still make my flight!

Receptionist and the transfer that was arranged tried to rob me on my arrival claiming the cost had doubled, no hot water, no air conditioning

Exactly as described and wanted - a transit airport hotel with cool AC room and shower, good beds and quiet place to relax between flights. Pickup from airport was easily arranged and good communication with hotel. Transfer back to the airport was also easy to arrange once at the hotel. Small onsite restaurant with simple yet delicious food, which is necessary due to the poor selection of food nearby. Friendly staff.

Due to the construction of the new train line the regular side road to the hotel from the airport road was temporarily cutoff, requiring either a 200m walk with luggage over a construction site or a 6km detour that taxi drivers didn't want to do. Hotel staff assisted with the luggage and while only a temporary issue (a new road link is under construction) it was an annoyance. Selection of available soft drinks at the onsite restaurant was poor - basically a choice between water or diet pepsi even though the menu had more choices.
