Friendly and helpful staff. More than expected.

Beautiful location, right next to the river Vrbas, with a great view all over to the nature. The breakfast was delicious, and as included in the price it is absolutely a great deal. The stuff is very kind and helpful, giving advice on restaurants and bars to visit. It has a private closed parking lot.
Located a bit in the outskirts of Banja Luka, not easy to reach everything by walk, but this is not really any disadvantage. There is a construction site right across the street, which is a bit disturbing in the morning.

The site and the view of the river and the hills is fantastic.
You are so close to Banja Luka City which is so modern.
Besides, directly next to the hotel you have the public thermal hot tubs and always the possibility to swim in the river vrbas at the plenty of public beaches. Of course you must be aware as it is a river, but you should watch the locals.
We loved it.
There were smaller things that didn't work, but nothing what really matters. Besides, the hotel workers were so nice and treated us like family members, so that we can't give any negative feedback at all.

The owners & staff are super helpful & friendly. It’s also got an amazing view of the Vrbas river. The amenities are clean and the breakfast provided was decent.

Absolutely worth it to sleep here, so idyllic, bus stop very close by. WiFi was good(I had to work) even outside. Very friendly helpful staff. Thank you, I will return.

Basic, clean room and nice staff. Breakfast was OK. Nothing special, but very nice.

No hot water in the morning shower, front desk told me that the power switch was in another room, and the guests in that room might had switched it off...

Super serviceminded staff!!!
We where 1 hour delayed and they both phoned and messaged with us, waiting with a smile when we finally arrived. We had a big room with 2 queensize beds plus 2 bedsofas. Refrigerator 2 huge wardrobes and 4 metres height to ceiling. Everyting clean and fresh.
Breakfast with both yoghurt müsli bread and hot sausages fried eggs etc.
Nice restaurantspace with fireplace to enjoy in evenings.
We where soo comfortable that we stayed one extra night. Will be happy to return.
Smallish parkingplace outside was full beause of all the big vans that we and the other guests had. But it was solved perfect as we could park in front of entrance. All guests where attending the same event and we coordinated our departure after breakfast.
