A pessoa que veio abrir a porta foi de uma extrema má educação, as toalhas de banho sujas com uma higiene lamentável, quarto com bolor e cheiro a mofo, equipamentos da casa banho sem manutenção e num estado deplorável, água sai do duche e espanha-se pela casa de banho, camas com os parafusos soltos e a fazer barulho.
Não existe a minima preocupação com a limpeza, com a manutenção do material e do mobiliário

The price is fine and the check in was easy.
Location is good but of course loud at night.
The community kitchen needs definitely some
renovations and some proper cleaning. A place for where you can find kitchen towels would also be a plus.

Convenient location situated within town limits
Showered in cold water as there was no hot water on Day 1 of our stay. The caretaker Rui was helpful to change our room the next day. The bathroom was not well designed as it is not convenient to put your needed toiletries in the bathroom and the bathroom/toilet is quite small. Thankfully we booked the room with a private bathroom as the common/shared bathroom does not have a shower curtain which would mean wet floor and there were no toilet paper. The common kitchen is small and not particularly clean. The refrigerator could do with a proper cleaning as I wouldn't want to store my food there

They were very nice letting me check in an hour early. The room was spacious, all basic necessities was there
It was a bit loud till 1-2am, because of the people cooking or just spending an evening in the kitchen

Nice shared space
Some rooms have windows directly on the street and are very noisy through the night. our host was easy to reach and kindly moved us to a back room that was much quieter. would have liked to have fresh towels available as we stayed 4 nights.

location was great, close to all the restaurants and must sees. The guesthouse was very clean.
I had to wait outside the locked building because there was is no live person to greet you. Fortunately someone was coming in from upstairs and let me in but still no one to let me in my room. Kitchen is small and. ounces sharper knives.

not clean, rusty shower parts curtain, floor wasn’t clean. no person is at guesthouse for problems. people call when they arrive then wait 1/2 to 1 hour for the manager to arrive to let them in. we asked for a change of bedding and the cleaner was put out. manager wouldn’t accept delivery of my husband’s walker. manager has an attitude problem.

Location near the centre of the old town was perfect, so I could walk anywhere. The owner arrived in five minutes after I phoned him telling I was at the door and let me in and showed me my room, which was really lovely and spacey. It had its own bathroom too. Check in must have been the quickest ever! Breakfast was not served but there was a nice café on the opposite side of the street where you can have a typical Portuguese breakfast.

Check in. No one was there. Waited outside the property for 40 mins with another guest.
My keys for the front door did not work and I was trapped inside. No staff around. Pedestrians outside used my keys from outside to open door. Disgraceful

you can literally hear people talking in the hallway and next door. My neighbors were quiet and the guesthouse was not full, but it might be a little noisy if its high season

Room was decorated nicely and had good natural light, as well as shutters that closed all the way to blackout light in the morning. The common areas were nice, clean, and the wifi worked well. Great location in the old town!
The shower stall was not very clean, mold on the shower curtain and generally needed an update/retiling.

The location was good.
I would not recomend this accomodation. It is ok for one sleepover but not for longer stay. The window in our room was very small and there was no view (only wall and mess). The room was in the basement… all rooms are.

Easy to park and manage to the center without using it.
With AC, that you would need in Evora.
Had no real windows, but if you just want to sleep, it is OK.

Inside the walls, very close to everything. Paid parking close by. Good price and cost benefit for the location and air conditioning.
Good mattress in a terrible bed. Profile said something like parking was nearby and free, this is not true. But in the weekends you don’t pay.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room in a very central and fresh guesthouse. There is also a well-equipped kitchen available, and a cozy lounge. Besides, Mr. Ruy was very kind in dealing with the check-in.
Everything was great, except for the shower in the room I stayed in, which leaked out the sides. An easy-to-solve detail.

Staff was friendly and minimal in their presence.
The place reeked of mold, which was simply painted over or otherwise camouflaged with excessive deodorants that were aggressive and head-ache inducing. Toxic mold is dangerous and it's very irresponsible to offer rooms that have a clear presence of mold.
