La ubicación inmejorable. En zona céntrica y a su vez muy tranquila para el descanso y privacidad del resto de la calle. La atención, disponibilidad y respuesta del anfitrión excepcional. Muy atento en peticiones y ofreciendo muy buenos consejos sobre la ciudad y su gastronomía.

Shower floods and it was not the first time, looking at the bathroom door. Better cleaning needed.

Location was good to visit the sites of Evora once we finally were able to find a parking spot and get our luggage to the room. It was adequate for a one night stay with our family.

Pictures of the unit were deceiving as it is quite run down and need of many repairs. The arrival was difficult as the narrow roadways were not described well making it difficult to figure out how to get our cars and luggage to the unit. There was a big leak of water below our unit when we arrived. The ensuite bathroom was tiny. It appeared no one was maintaining the whole building.

If you want to keep the doors on the two rooms with double beds closed while sleeping, the is no air conditioning unit in the two single rooms - the air conditioning in the living room sort of reaches the single rooms. The single rooms are directly across from the double bed rooms though so if all doors are open you are good.

The beds were comfortable. The outdoor verandah.

The access was very narrow and difficult to negotiate in the car. The code we were given that morning didn't work and I had to ring them and was told I was sent an update which I didn't get, but they insisted I did. Not friendly or helpful host, who reluctantly then gave us the new code. The lighting in the kitchen was very poor as the light fitting over the sink was missing and the stove had no light and no extraction. The main bathroom door was broken, the whole panel in the middle of the door was hanging off so no privacy. The shower leaked.

Great location.

The location was great and the facilities were very good as well. Casa 9 where we stayed had its own barbecue which had I know I would have definitely had a proper barbecue!

There were two rooms which had no windows and no A/C, which would benefit of some light and air.
