Wonderful place to be, just a few minutes away from Siena center, this Villa is very well set to deliver its guest the best journey service possible in terms of comfort, helpfulness, in an easy-to-find location, thanks to the fact the Villa is located alongside the main highway coming from Fireze and heading to Siena. The manager welcomed us with a bright and wide smile and she has been super kind and helpful. The breakfast was incredible, with a very good selection of local products, either sweet or salty food, which were delicious! All this for a reasonable price. We will definitely be there again.

The hotel is owned by a very friendly couple, excellent value and includes breakfast. For me it was very important that it had free parking!... It was a real nice stay

The location is superb, very close to the historical center. Plus there’s a free parking, which is great when traveling by car. the breakfast was small but quite nice

the hotel is just not as cozy as I’ve imagined it from the pictures. but it’s a solid choice when staying in Siena overnight.

The location is not so great. You can walk to the city center within half an hour, but it is along the road, with some parts no side walk.

The breakfast brioches were excellent. We really enjoyed them !

The room is a little bit tight .

Family business, very decent breakfast and services. Four minutes by car from Parcheggio Santa Caterina, which means a wonderful location to visit Siena. We will come back.

The hotel was located in a very good place. it was close to the bus station and both by walking and bus it takes 20 min to reach to the city center. In our 9 days stays in different accommodations, this hotel was the only place that served warm breakfast (scramble egg)

The host family of Alva, Tano and Silvana were perfect. They were very accommodating, waited for our arrival by meeting us on the entry road lest we got lost even when it was so late at night already. Breakfast was perfect, considering that all the cakes and breads were baked fresh by Alva herself, everyday. Tano even saw to it that we got to the laundromat correctly. most impressive was when they went out of their way with a bottle of champagne and cheeses and pastries all laid out for my son’s (Raphael) 28th birthday last Aug 26!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was possible to store our bikes over night garage to keep them safe. Bathroom was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent We had a very good time :)

The hotel is well positioned with private parking, and Siena is within walking distance (20 minutes). Breakfast was one of the best I had in Italy, some of the food was even prepared by the host. There was also a possibility of using a fridge in the hallway.

Breakfast was quite poor, air con unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep and then leaked all over the place

Very big yard for free parking, room is not big but decent with balcony, breakfast is good, you can walk up to the city center or drive up the hill and park on roadside before entering the city gate

Reception lady seemed a little bit too busy to handle my common tourist questions when we did arrive too early.

Bathroom was a bit dark, bed seemed quite short though we are not that tall.. Main road is closeby, we could hear the cars from the window.

The hotel is easy to find, private parking. We arrived pretty late, talked to the hostess by WhatsApp, she talled us, where to find the key. The room was big enough for three of us. The breakfast was excellent - cold cutlery, boiled eggs, juice and coffee, sweet bakery. The hostess is very nice. The location is 30 minutes walking from Siena centre, or you can take a bus. We walked.
