Great hosts, lovely breakfast and free parking. Room was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return.

Malcolm and trudy are very welcoming...free parking was a bonus and the brekky was quality...spotlessly clean and non smoking..
No toilet on ground floor so had to ho back to my en suite on 2nd floor

The single room was a good size. The breakfast was excellent. Good value for money. Near to trams.

We arrived around 6:30pm on a cold, windy and wet night. The welcome from Trudi and Malcolm was warm, inviting and friendly. Off to a good start, our 2 night stay was cozy, warm, peaceful and very comfy. Breakfast was excellent and any questions about dining out, public transport and general area were answered in a knowledgeable way. Hope to stay again when weather is more agreeable. All power to your customer care and attention to detail.

we had a fabulous room (room 1) which was just like a suite, twin beds, lovely en-suite, separate lounge, breakfast was very good and Trudi and Malcolm are just lovely, all in all 5 star service
The property is quite a way out from everything but there is a tram stop not far away

Not too bad for the money .
One of the reasons I booked this place was because the breakfast was included however , when I arrived at the property I was told the breakfast is served at 8:30 !! which I think is too late ..So , basically I missed it on both days of my stay .Furthermore , the TV was really small .

Malcom and his wife the owners fantastic and very welcoming couple the room very clean had what we needed for 2 night stay will be returning to the Fern Royd Hotel again
