Room wasn’t cleaned the full time I was there, bins overflowing, mountain of dirty towels in the bathroom, shower not working, paid for cooked breakfast this wasn’t provided

The windows in the room had to be fought with to open. Only managed one of the 3 in the end. The shower head wasn't connected and just left hanging. The toilet seat lid came off. A very small and low toilet. Pretty cramped room. The small table light had no bulb in it. Very thin pillows and small towels. Small desk fan which didn't do much

The location was perfect

The hotel was not clean the room was dirty the pillows were yellow. Did not feel safe there with my children. The walls were paper thin so could hear the other neighbours arguing during the night. The staff were friendly enough but the owner told us he had just brought the property but the nearby residents had said he had been trying to sell it for months and they had a 0 food rating.

This hotel is undergoing refurbishment on the outside. Its in a fantastic location with the best new management, everyone was so approachable. Rooms redecorated to a lovely standard and great price. This was my 2nd time visiting and I will defiantly be back.

Staff ok, didn’t give much information on the hotel it’s self, didn’t explain where rooms were on arrival and it’s a maze, didn’t tell us check out time or didn’t explain breakfast for times or prices, someone was stripping the walls in the restaurant on arrival and all the tables where still set up around him, windows need cleaning fly’s in cobwebs, bar was shut when we came back around 10 ish and the whole hotel was in darkness even reception was locked up

Ashley the manager was friendly enough. Near the pleasure beach which was good. Not too warm either which we liked. Beds were comfortable enough.

Wi-Fi wasn’t the best (it’s not a big deal) but I was with two children so they like to watch a movie before bed, which they couldn’t! Tv in the room didn’t work, which again kids would have enjoyed to sit while I was getting dressed etc. Needs to be updated with decor, big hole in the bathroom door which was alarming 🫤. Thin pillows which wasn’t great. Would have liked breakfast to be included in the price (£10 for adult, £7.50 per child) we didn’t have the breakfast as my kids wouldn’t have ate a lot so didn’t think it was worth he money.

Sea view was stunning from our window, we had a small room but it was adequate and clean. Sam and the team do a fabulous job and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Very disappointed immediately upon arrival. There was a horrible smell throughout the place and the building was very run-down both inside and out. I really should have paid attention to the bad reviews but with a fair number of good reviews, i thought it can't be that bad but it was. The night before we arrived, i found a story online saying that the hotel had received a zero rating for food standards in January 2023 - that helped us to make the decision of steering clear of the breakfast. I can't comment on staff, as the only one i met during our 2 night stay was the nightshift concierge/barman, who was friendly enough, although i heard him tell another guest he'd only been there a couple of weeks. With this being our first time in Blackpool we only really crashed there and if we ever go back we have a better idea of other places to stay now. THE MANAGEMENT HAVE ADDED THEIR OWN COMMENTS IN RESPONSE, WHICH ARE TOTAL LIES!!! 1. THE FOOD REVIEW WAS IN JANUARY 2023!!! 2. THERE WERE NOT MULTIPLE ROOM IN OUR PARTY - OUR PARTY WAS MYSELF AND MY 2 SONS AGED 14 & 17 - WE WERE PROVIDED 1 X FAMILY ROOM - ROOM 33 TO BE PRECISE!!! 3. WE DID NOT TRY TO LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING AT ALL. WE PAID FULL BALANCE UPON ARRIVAL!! 4. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT LIES ARE!!

little further away from piers than expected. also felt uncomfortable and couldn’t have drinks on the evening downstairs as there as a 5 person drunk group of away fans that had come for the football who kept swearing and shouting I know it’s not the staffs fault.

Nothing at all it was the worst place I've ever been to, very dirty mouldy damp freezing disgusting like a cell staff were very unhelpful!! Stay away everyone!! I'm still angry now at the way we was treated and how a manager gets away with doing this to people, wish I'd have read all the other bad reviews first before I booked 😩😩

Everything!! Place wants shutting down they took money off us straight away before we realised it was a dump, still waiting for a refund, the manager lied and wouldn't give us a penny back!!
