I had one meal, spaghetti with a salad. I was pleased with both. My ears popped a few times while arriving a few times due to the altitude. I walked around the neighborhood quite a bit and had great vantage points around the corner. Got my covid test before departing back home a half mile away and it cost 15. I don’t regret my choice at all staying at the Park Ave. hotel. Staff was also very, very pleasant.

I was hoping for a natural waterfall, but what was there was wonderful.

Very cozy hotel surrounded in beautiful nature. Service was spectacular. And the waterfall behind the hotel was amazing.

Breakfast was very good. The kitchen brought me the breakfast within 15 minutes after I called each morning to request it.

There was a great deal of noise. People arguing and yelling. On a Friday night in the suite across from me, I could hear 2 male voices and 1 female voice, very loud, having a party until 4a.m. There was no daily room cleaning. I had to put my trash can in the hallway and ask someone to please take away all of the trash that had accumulated over the past 3 days. There was no closet, and no hangers, just hooks on a wall. The room did not have a convenient electrical plug, for charging my computer and phone. The WiFi connection didn't work in my room. So, I charged my phone and Mac, and used WiFi, in the breakfast room. The hotel kitchen is only able to prepare espresso and instant coffee, no other kinds. The room did not have a coffee maker.

I was amazed with the service the staff gave me. Special thanks to front desk employees and housekeeping.
