The appartment was spatious, clean with a great location right there in the city center. The staff were very friendly and quickly answered all of our questions before we arrived.

Very good location: about 20min from railway station and 5 min from the main old city sights. The room was not large, but very clean, with AC. big TV and big comfortable bed. Staff was super polite and helpful)

Adding some vegetables and fruits would have been nice. But despite that, the breakfast was delicious and filling

La posizione della struttura e' perfetta per visitare il centro di Bologna, a due passi letteralmente dalle torri. La cosa che mi ha colpito di piu' e' stata l'accoglienza e il supporto fornito. Serena mi ha dato un sacco di consigli utili e anche il resto dello staff e' gentilissimo. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo della stanza, in una sala deliziosa e con la possibilita' di usufruire di te'/caffe'/ snack anche durante la sera. Stanza con tutto il necessario e non striminzita, con ottimi prodotti (sapone e shampoo/bagnoschiuma, set cortesia, etc) e un phon vero (non quelli da parete che risucchiano i capelli!). Una marea di servizi a due passi (farmacie, librerie, supermercati...tutto!). L'unica cosa piu' difficoltosa puo' essere parcheggiare (zona ZTL), ma lo staff fornisce supporto e indicazioni anche su quello. Possibilita' di check-in totalmente on-line.

L'unico, piccolissimo elemento e' la mancata insonorizzazione delle stanze. Io non ho riscontrato particolari problemi, perche' avevo vicini di stanza molto rispettosi, ma la tv a volume assolutamente normale della stanza attigua si sentiva anche nella mia. Qualche rumore e schiamazzo dall'esterno, ma quello e' inevitabile vista la posizione centralissima del B&B.

The breakfast was just ok. Pretty average, but not simple sweet Italian I don't like. Location was excellent. Close to all tourist spots , shops . I would come again unless it was too, too noisy. My room was at 1st floor and first night couldn't sleep as it was Saturday and people enjoyed being out ( to 3.30 a.m.) , but about 6 a.m. the shop under this property started with very loud preparations to open (trucks, workers bringing goods). On Sunday , early in the morning it was the same.

Horrible noise from the outside.

It was purely perfectto. Super located in the heart of Bologna, yet cosy and quiet. Rooms equipped in everything you need for a short stay. Beautiful, aesthetic interiors made having super delicious and nourishing breakfasts a double pleasure. Definitely would go back for my next Bologna visit.

Located fantastic, staff was extraordinary, helpful and very very professional, they helped us with everything we need . The room is nice and clean but the bathroom needs some maintenance.
