Nichts

Das ist das schrecklichste „Hotel“, in dem wir jemals war. Rezeption so gut wie nie besetzt, Mitarbeiter (wenn er denn da ist) unfreundlich und gibt keine wirkliche Auskunft. Zimmer dreckig, spartanisch eingerichtet und starker Gestank aus dem Abfluss. Und VORSICHT: Unterkunft verlangt bei Checkin eine Kaution. Da bei Checkout kein Mitarbeiter zugegen war (der Schlüssel sollte im Zimmer liegen gelassen werden), wurde die Summe nicht vor Ort zurückgezahlt. Auf Nachrichten und Aufforderungen, das Geld zurückzuüberweisen, erfolgte zunächst keine Reaktion. Der Kundenservice von Booking musste deshalb informiert und mit Anwalt gedroht werden. Überhaupt eine Kaution zu verlangen für ein Zimmer in diesem Zustand, um sich gegen mögliche „Beschädigungen“ abzusichern ist einfach nur lachhaft. Das ganze Hotel ist ein einziger großer Schaden. Man kann nur die Empfehlung an jeden aussprechen: ein paar Cent mehr investieren und ein anderes Hotel buchen. Booking kann ich nur raten: Hören Sie auf die vielen negativen Bewertungen und nehmen Sie dieses Angebot von Ihrer Plattform, um Menschen, die ihren Urlaub genießen wollen, vor so einem unterirdischen Angebot zu schützen!

Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach and old town.

The total absence of staff. Could not check in on time as the check in staff arrived late. There are never any staff available. The bed in the room was very old and uncomfortable and the bathroom was extremely small.

Price and location

It's very old, probably never been refurbished from the day it was built. Main pictures from the double rooms which are probably alright and that's why we tried to book it. However only twin rooms were available and it had absolutely different decor and style to it. We were lucky to witness a receptionist on our arrival because we didn't see literally no one for the past 6 days. You basically like renting a flat from the landlord. So we bought shower gel and toilet paper ourselves, we weren't bothered to call or look for staff. Anyway, the price was alright and the location too plus we didn't have much choice for this last minute booking.

Lovely, helpful staff on reception. Convenient location on the edge of the old town, though local bars make it noisy at night, up to 4:30 or 5:00am if the window is open.

By our 5th day no-one had been to our room. We asked reception staff for toilet rolls and clean towels, which they kindly brought later that day. The room was cleaned twice in a 17 day stay. In general a good room but spoiled by lack of attention to detail. The shower head was loose and could not be adjusted. The door rattled through the night and needed to be wedged with paper. The soap dispenser was empty throughout our stay. All of these things could be fixed quite easily, but it seemed that the owners did not care.

it was clean and tidy and the staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough to help you when you needed something !!!!
