Staffs are helpful, good location in the middle of bucaramanga so if you want to visit something, it's great. many local food around.

The street noises are crazy all day long.

Nice clean room, I had the balcony room with a nice view at the 3rd floor. Pretty noisy in the morning but I don't mind about that.

The pillows are covered in some kind of plastic with the pillow sheet over. Feels like crap and the sheet is heating up from the plastic, awful experience.

the light at the room was not bright at all, making it really hard to see at night. while there was an electric shower, it didn’t work so no hot water available.

The staff are friendly. The location is great (there are clubs down the street to enjoy) and the view is fantastic (mountain range in the distance).

The only negative thing I would say is that there isn’t a elevator. So if you have an ankle injury or are disabled stick to the first two floors. We asked for the 4th floor for the view.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was not very clean: stains on the walls and hair of former guests. An extra sheet was supplied when we asked for one because it lacked.

Cushions of plastic and hard mattresses. A lot of noise during the night due to traffic and cheerful laughing people coming in and out of their rooms until morning. A restless night and I did not feel very safe. The hotel price is cheap, so probably this is what you can ecpect for this price.

Affordable and the room (fan) looked fine, as expected. Don’t expect a super nice place (decorations, communal spaces), but it’s fine for one night. The receptionist was very nice and helped us with our midnight transport to the airport we also booked through the hotel. A good price and the driver was in very on time.

We didn’t feel super safe at street in this location. It was also quite loud at night.

They do daily cleaning in our room but at times they forget to replace towels. The location is accesible to all nearby restaurants.

The room we stayed for three people was small although they have given us the option to choose.The internet is not stable, faucet is slightly busted, and the remote control for television wasn't working.
