Great hotel in good location at quieter end of Hikkaduwa. Good to have the pool as the sea can be challenging here ( it is calmer a few hundred metres along the beach towards Hikkaduwa). Free loungers with towels on the beach. Our poolside room was very well furnished with plenty of sockets and large good quality bathroom. Food and drink very reasonably priced. Good breakfast and coffee. Best of all were the staff who are all very friendly and helpful.

The location is great, right on the beach, slightly away from the noisy bars so very peaceful. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. Pool is really clean. Breakfast is nice (fruit/eggs/pancakes/toast/jam/coffee/tea) the coffee is very nice, the food they serve in the restaurant is very nice too. There are restaurants within a short walking distance, (there is a lovely Italian restaurant spaghetti & co along the road) there are a few shops just outside to grab drinks and snacks. (The taxi driver from your transfer will give you his details then you can contact them direct to get a price if you require another one as it’s much cheaper going direct).

There was nothing not to like.

You have to leave it and go home

This was a perfect holiday stop. The whole team was very warm and welcoming. The place was simple, but had everything you can ask for in a holiday - Beautiful beach, infinity swimming pool on the beach, beachside restaurant. So relaxing and calm! The beach here was perfect to take a dip too! And we did see a few huge turtles in a close by the beach.

Room was very large and comfortable with a great private terrace. The pool was nice and the hotel was located right on the beachfront. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was very nice.

The accommodation is in a very good location and has a beautiful panorama. The food was tasty and large portions. The staff deserve special praise, they were extremely kind, attentive and helpful. We had a great time and already miss waking up in the morning!

Everything was very good: the hotel direct at the beach, the clean Pool, the rooms were very nice and big, the bed very comfortable and the stuff was excellent. I felt very good and very safe all the time.

Dirty pool, poor Wi-Fi

Location is perfect - right on the beach. There are some restaurants and shops nearby. City center of Hikkaduwa like 10 minutes walk. This hotel is located in better area of Hikkaduwa - nice and wide beach and not very crowdy. While beeing in Hikkaduwa better take beachfront accomodation (like this one) - otherwise you might have troubles accessing the beach.

Rooms are ok but might need some refreshment - there was some mold on the wall.

Great hotel on the beautiful coastline of Hikkaduwa. Fantastic, friendly helpful staff, always there to assist with a smile, great pool overlooking the beach, plenty of sunbeds on the beach. Nice restaurant, good wifi, very quiet location so will sleep to the sound of the waves. Lush!

Maybe different choices for breakfast would have been nice as was the same each day. Thats all I can really think of !

It is in a beautiful location right on the beach. The staff and owner are all very friendly and helpful. I had a good sized room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Comfortable bed and clean room. They serve a delicious breakfast which includes fresh fruits, breads and jams with a choice of eggs. They can also provide lunches and dinners.

Nice hotel on the beach, quieter than accommodations right next to beach bars and clubs, pool was nice. Staff is very helpful, they let us have an earlier check in and later check out that we appreciated a lot.

Keep in mind they have no generator so you have power cuts, breakfast should be more diverse, outside needs renovation but inside rooms are spacious and clean.

Very nice and quiet location directly on the beach. Staff is friendly and welcoming help with everything you need, informs about power cuts in advance. Food is delicious. Enjoyed my stay here :)

Bedding is very old and it was not changed during our 5 days stay. Hotel not prepared for power cut,no generator or solar lights,not like neighbouring hotels...

Wonderful apartment perfect for family stay. Very big and beautiful private terrace with resting area. 3 separate bedrooms, nice bathroom and spacious living room together with family table. Extraordinary Staff with friendly attitude. We really felt welcomed. Clean and nice pool, also with towels. Nice served breakfasts with fruits and fresh fruit juices. Beautiful ocean view. Staying here you hear his calming roars all the time. Big thanks and greetings for hotel management especially for maintanance manager who was very kind to US and our kids. Milena already misses you 😀

Location was good, staff were lovely, direct access to the beach and just far enough away from town centre to avoid the business and noise.

Small scale hotel with spacious rooms with large comfortable bed, desk, fridge wireless internet everywhere, comfy bathroom with large walk-in shower with all-day really hot water and good pressure. Well controlable AC in the room and safe. The hotel is situated directly on the beach and has it's own sunbeds and umbrellas, directly next to the beach is the nice clean infinity swimmingpool and the hotel's restaurant which serves a great breakfast and nice meals. The staff is superfriendly and will make you feel at home. Even a necessary PCR test was organised by them so it could be taken in the hotel and we didn't have to find and travel to some clinic.
