Room was clean and very spacious, and a small kitchen for light cooking. Free carpark and many restaurants within 15mins drive away.

- spacious, modern apartment
- close to restaurants and bars (the fridge bar and Freddie’s are a few mins walk)
- free shuttle to/from the hotel
- staff was great
- couldn’t find the AC remote
- bedrooms didn’t have AC
- 10 min uphill walk to ski base area
- one of the rooms was set up with 2 beds pushed together instead of 2 separate ones. It took a while to get bed linen and set up the beds
- no onsen or food included

amazing location!!! really friendly staff, clean and big rooms. Washing machine in the room was great.
Our room was on the ground floor near reception and it can get quite noisy at night when people walk in an out. woke up to someone banging on the reception door and had to let them in. pillows are quite uncomfortable too, really small.

I was a little disappointed with the quality and size of the television. Also the inability to not be able to stream anything was annoying. TVs are inexpensive these days so I think this should be an upgrade Akazora should invest in.

Location near Hirafu intersection, close to everything and the staff super nice and amazingly helpful. Room indors warm, modern and spacious. Equipped with basically all you need for a week or 2 stay. The free of chatge transfer service from Kutchan station is an amazing idea, especially in winter time when already limited public transport gets cancelled a lot.
My room had window facing a wall, below the street level. When booking, the one on the photos had seemingly normal windows. Maybe that could be informed beforhand. Felt like a dungeon. Floor bends under feet when walking on it.
Could use something to hang winter clothes at the entrance, where you need to take shoes off.
