Blanche in the Restaurant was Fab - a total credit to the hotel ! made us feel looked after, couldn't do enough for us. My wife is celiac and she made sure she had plenty options. Reception staff and Costa coffee staff where also great. Location is perfect, just out of the city centre but not too far to walk. wonderful facilities all round. highly recommend

I was here for three nights. I was ill last week for 2 my bedding in the room is disgraceful. Has not been changed. The room has not been cleaned properly. I left my washing to be done on Monday morning at 6 o’clock and I arrive back at 5:30 Tuesday to be told it couldn’t be done This to be a reputable hotel I have many villages hotels and this is a very big disappointment. I left this morning at 6 o’clock and I arrived back at 5:30 this evening and the bedding is still dirty. I am so shattered I cannot go and find another hotel as I’m too tired .

Well worth the money - great facilities. The restaurant staff were fabulous about my Wheat intolerance 👍🏻👍🏻

Lovely modern hotel, friendly reception/bar staff, good location.

Bed was way too soft (actually felt like it was broken on one side) so being pregnant, I found it really difficult to sleep. Breakfast was a bit unorganised. It wasnt made clear that you could order different eggs for example and it was hard to find staff at times.

Booking in iPad, charges for room occupancy for breakfast automatically and have to get credit back for overcharge when solo occupancy.

The pool is top. Really. Also the sports facility is great.

Poor breakfast offer, only fried bacon, sausages and eggs.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, very comfy beds.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and we did confirm that morning we would be arriving at 3pm. We sat at the bar to wait for our room, then were moved to a room that was already cleaned. The wait wasn't too long and the staff were very understanding. It wouldn't have bothered us if we didn't have somewhere else to be.

the rooms where dirty on arrival a lot of things where broken in the room also the window didn’t open we where up down all night with how warm the room was my son suffers with bad asthma we had to go outside during night for air this hotel wasn’t worth what I had paid very annoyed

Perfect location for staying if you are going to the OVO hydro. Facilities at the hotel were great. It's really good that it has a restaurant and bar with good food. Exceptional service, especially Ryan!
