This room was in a fantastic location that was quiet. We were able to park our car nearby at a reduced fee. It was a bonus having a couch in our room, with a lovely view over Glasgow’s rooftops.

After changing about 2 rooms I finally got given the room I wanted. The staff was really helpful. The room was clean.

Wifi is absolutely crap. I don't understand what the previous reviews said but it was so awful and on top of no network coverage as well.

Great location. Super quiet for being in city centre. Bed comfortable and room spacious

Carpet had alot of stains. Bathroom shower covered in pink mould and black gunk. Shower head manky. Not a hard clean so abit disappointing it was so filthy.

You leave your things in the room with the peace of mind of feeling cared for and they are the ones who STEAL YOU!! We left our things the first day, the next day they came in to do the room and, in the morning, when we picked up our things to leave, they had stolen MY NEW PERFUME IN ITS BOX!!! THE WORST OF ALL IS THEY TREATED ME AS CRAZY, A WIZARD OR A LIAR, I STILL DON'T KNOW BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINTS. -------------- Cómo es posible? Uno deja sus cosas en la habitación con la tranquilidad de sentirse cuidado y son ellos mismos los que TE ROBAN!! Dejamos nuestras cosas el primer día, al día siguiente entraron para hacer la habitación y, por la mañana, cuando recogimos nuestras cosas para irnos, me habían robado EL PERFUME NUEVO EN SU CAJA!!! LO PEOR DE TODO ES ME TRATARON DE LOCA, MAGA O MENTIROSA, AÚN NO LO SÉ PORQUE NO RESPONDIERON MÁS A LAS QUEJAS.

Very central and easy to get anywhere from. In Merchant City area lots of restaurants around. Great choice at breakfast. Free Tea coffee available all the time.

Some rooms have rather small windows overlooking the back area.

Kept awake at night by creaking floorboards from above. Bed and pillows were very hard. Toilet continually flushed for about 20 mins after pressing it. Shower pressure was very low.

Hotel is located in central Glasgow, close to major attractions. The room was very clean and modern and the staff were friendly. They allowed us to check in earlier without an extra charge.

Water pressure of shower. It would be nice if the water pressure in the shower was a little stronger.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el centro de Glasgow y está muy cerca de las dos estaciones de tren. La habitación es pequeña pero bastante confortable. El desayuno es bastante bueno, pero si no madrugas puede que tengas que arreglarte con lo que quede.

The staff were great and very helpful, the bed was comfortable enough.

The initial room had a noisy air con, so I had to move rooms, which they did for me without question. But the room windows looked into an internal light well. The Wifi worked great on my laptop, but was almost non-existent on my phone for some reason.

Room was quite small with little space for luggage. Rubbish bin in room was too small Housekeeping staff were quite rude Difficult to use the lift when housekeeping staff were on duty. Not a lot of signage around hotel to advise of breakfast times, check in/out etc

Great location, close to train stations. Easy to walk to most sights.
