The property was perfect for our group of 12 friends. Nicely decorated and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

You walk in and the views are incredible. It is about 1 mile to downtown which is walking distance. Love the private beach. My kids loved it and didn't really need to go to the beach because the sand was there. One thing that wasn't clear before I booked was that you can't go to the water from the house. You have to walk if you want to put your feet in the water. I honestly didn't mind but that wasn't clear when booking. Ultimately, loves the stay the property is stunning

We had a wonderful stay with a group of friends for a girls' weekend. The place looked exactly like the photos and description, and the outdoor space was lovely. It was more than enough space for our group of 12 girls and the rooms were a great size for a weekend trip. Everything was very clean, and the views were breathtaking. You aren't able to get to the sand/beach from the backyard, but we didn't mind since the views and waves crashing were enough for us! The kitchen was a great size for cooking in a large group. Overall, we'd love to stay here again!

Family had a great time. The views are amazing! The only issue we had was property manager contacted us 15 minutes before plumber was coming to clean shower drains.

It was so easy that we could focus on our vacation together. Would do this again.

The home is very nice with wonderful views of the ocean! It was great they provided shampoo, body wash, dish soap, paper towels and more. We had a bigger group, 10 adults, and it would have been nice to have more comfortable seating inside. Beds were very comfortable and everyone had a great time!

Our group was small and intimate (6). A room for each guest. As a professional business event we had extremely comfortable zoom meetings on the large screen monitor in the living room as well as breakout brainstorming discussions at the huge kitchen table. The kitchen was perfect for preparing, serving and enjoying breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Winding down with coffee and dessert on the balcony each evening, with the massive waves breaking before us, added to the whole experience. Bedrooms were very comfortable and high end with quality mattresses and bedding. Bathrooms were nice, clean and well equipped (shower water pressure was not good). Check in was easy and accommodating. The place was easy to tidy up before we checked out. Dishes and utensils worked well for all the meals we prepared. NO SPICES except salt & pepper. A friendly suggestion: bedrooms would be better with a mirror in each since bathrooms might be occupied and having a mirror would lessen the need to use the bathroom as much. Also water pressure in kitchen is way too low for efficient cleaning of dishes. Can't wait to schedule another date here again as my guests begged to come back! Thanks for providing such a nice experience.

The home was very beautiful. The views of the ocean were so pretty. We slept with the doors open and listened to the waves. It was so nice. The home was very clean. Plenty of rooms and space as well. Centrally located to everything. It was a great home with little kids, close to the beach, parks, the pier, etc. would love to visit and stay here again.

I got a text check in ready at 3 and check out at 11 yet cleaners still there at 3 and cleaners were rudely told push us out at 10 Location needs fly zappers, flys are horrendous and limited is from utilizing the sliding doors which is the highlight of location Lusting appeared to be on water, did not disclose patio falling into water with sandbags Very deceiving from listing. Thought we could walk onto beach and water from house

6 rooms of equal size no true master which made it more even, it’s always had to choose who gets the master. Beautiful view, very clean, every kitchen gadget you will need, except mo teal coffee pot so bring some kurigs or your own pot. We loved that they provide paper towels dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shampoo etc. we only needed Saran Wrap and tin foil. So nice to not have to buy all that stuff only to leave most of it behind. Wonderful!!! We were 4 couples and 3 teens. It was perfect.

Went with a group of 13. Best oceanfront experience we had as a group. Safe neighborhood surrounding the house. 2 large vehicles can park horizontally in driveway and plenty of parking on the streets. Hear the waves day and night, watch sunrise and sunset. Even if humid, the temperature is cool because of ocean water waves. Open the panoramic door at the living room and let the cool breeze in while lounging on the many comfortable soft chairs. Beach is only a few steps from your own private sand backyard. Sometimes high tide, sometimes low tide. When it is low tide, the beach is perfect to go in the water. Lots of kitchen utensils to cook own food with. Kitchen was stocked. Grill outside for BBQ, just bring your own charcoal. Bonfire setup outside, just bring your own wood and lighter fluid. Plenty of clean towels and beach towels provided. Beds were very comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms were completely clean. Laundry and dryer were useful. We would return over and over if given the chance. Best Oceanside experience we had so far. Kim was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The property manager is very helpful and very quick to answer. We had one issue with the dishwasher and she immediately sent out a repair man. There was no actual sand beach, but a small section of rock beach during low tide. Perhaps this would be different at a different time of year (we went in April). However, overnight the waves came over the wall and created a pool of water on the sand area in the backyard. This was absolutely perfect for our little children to splash in all morning without us having to stress about them getting swept away by the ocean. The sand and grass areas with all the lawn chairs were just exactly what our family with 8 young children needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone.

Perfect family vacation place. Excellent ocean view, private beach and very clean. We had plenty of room for everyone, kids had thier own beach. Owner was super friendly and accommodating. We had a lot of fun. Can't wait to go back.

Loved having the private sand area. The kids really wanted to play down by beach too but there’s only a window of opportunity to do that when it’s not high tide. Heat inside seemed to be extremely stronger in certain rooms so it was a little difficult to figure out how to warm up the house without a few bedrooms getting blasted and too hot. It worked out well for kids but we brought a portable gate to keep by the stairs so the little ones wouldn’t fall down. A suggestion would to have a retractable one included on the stairs or in the house. Overall the house was great and highly recommended. It was just a bummer that a lot of restaurants were closed nearby because of covid but we still had a great time! Owner/management company was extremely helpful and responsive.
